Mav Smith There’s really nothing to break down, outside of what the Fibonacci sequence is, assuming that you know what a seamstress is. The Fibonacci sequence is, in laymen’s terms, nature’s mathematical order, where a number is equal to the sum of the previous two.

Can honestly say he hit every mark. Any small switch to how he went into this interview slash freestyle would’ve altered to e depth and greatness of its entirety. Delivery, flow, his reserve, obviously vocabulary and understanding of how a verse is put together. This man is a true student if not master of lyricism.
Y'all were the first to come to mind when I saw this freestyle. Your guy's ability to analyze to great detail each song is astounding to me - not to mention the breadth of knowledge you possess! Your commentary is greatly valued, and I think you're contributing something good to the community. Thank you for all your great work!

Yeah, real nice to have someone to explain it who is in on all the different cultural references. I slept on lots of lyricists because some of their more obscure references just sounded like lol Wayne lines on the face.

Royce is my top ARTIST of all time. His Bar Exams are heat and the Book of Ryan makes you feel nostalgic about someone elses childhood, and the deep songs let you share pain as well as give you incredible inspiration and a feeling of power over your own life despite hardships. 🐐
Extremely well put. A lot of rap fans talk about relating to the personal circumstances of an artist's lyrics, but I always maintain you don't have to have literally experienced the same stuff that an artist is talking about to relate or feel something from their work. It's about the feelings conveyed, not the exact content. I've never been in the streets dealing, but I fucks with Hov & Griselda heavy.

Man I always enjoy your guys insight on these reactions. In my opinion Royce is definitely a top tier lyricist and after all the works he's put in through the years it's great to see him shining and getting the credit he deserves. As an artist myself I understand what y'all was saying about it taking the perfect storm for everything to come together for an artist. If you intend on being successful in this industry it takes a lot of hard work, a lot of talent and a lot of perseverance
