Congratulations mama!! As a Hispanic registered nurse who worked in the NICU I just wanna spread some awareness about Manzanilla tea because we saw so many Hispanic mamas come in after they drink it. Caution: it can cause VERY painful contractions and most of the times no dilation because they drank the tea too early. I know it’s part of our culture and sometimes works however if you’re pregnant just be aware that if you drink it, it will only cause intense contractions and your body might or might not respond and dilate. This can lead to increased fatigue, additional stress on you and your baby, pain, and all of these things increase your risk of needing a c-section. I say this with only love because I hate seeing my mamas and babies in pain 💖
Honestly thank you for this I am currently 37 weeks and wanted this baby out already but I should just wait till he wants to come out in his own time

What about the raspberry tea? I hear you can start taking it at 35-37 weeks daily for your cervix to soften up for when you deliver?
@@mely213 I have used raspberry leaf tablets with both my boys and I found it to help with my cervix dilating and softening etc but also helped with bleeding afterwards. X

How incredible to see such a supportive medical team. Your nurse teaching you positions to continue with your natural birth instead of insisting on an epidural (no offence what so ever to any mamá who has got it, every birth is beautiful and perfect no matter what, it just takes a weight out of your shoulders to have support instead of doctors not supporting your choices) and your OB speaking Spanish to encourage you to push!!! So nice and refreshing to watch a video like this! CONGRATS MAMA, YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!

This is real childbirth. It’s so refreshing to see how labor is really painful not like most UA-camrs depict it pain free. Labor is painful and traumatic but so incredibly rewarding.
Every birth is real whether naturally or medicated.

Most UA-camrs film their birth and only show once the baby is born and oh and the private clinics they go to, how the delivery room is of size. Things that at the end of the day don’t matter in reality as longest your child is born healthy.

Your delivery was just how my mom described all her deliveries, she would not go to the hospital until her water would break, she would get to the hospital and would give birth within minutes. I see other videos and they are in there days and days and day and it’s just so weird to me because of how my mom’s deliveries were like I grew up hearing her stories and then seeing other UA-camrs spend almost a week in there I’m like weirded out (not a mom so I don’t know the process) so this was very familiar to me. LOVED your video so pure 🤍
