I’m increasing my shares in a fund that has Procter & Gamble ,JNJ etc with Landown. I focus on JNJ because of a documentary I saw saw years back. With the dividends alone the family will never outspend their wealth. Thanks for encouraging 🇬🇧

This is a masterclass on how to get your investment goal on track!!! Edit: precious metals has a proven track record of holding value that even predates the biblical period, in 2023 it works marvellously well for stackers hedging their pounds. The margins can be mind blowing during high inflation as investors scamper to hedge their funds. Health and wellness have been my priority for the last two years, this is my one thing that I need to further invest in as I need longevity to capitalise on any compounding assets. Hats off to you Ken on your unstoppable route to a well deserved 100k subscribers.

I’m 45 and late to the party but hey, it is better than doing nothing, isn’t it? I work in NHS and recently opened ISA stock & shares with InvestEngine due to fees. I’ll open a junior ISA as well but currently there are few options only. I decided to pass HL due to high fees but recently I’ve seen they removed Junior ISA fees. Do you recommend HL? Additionally can you share why you work with them whilst they have the highest fees? I’d like to hear your opinions as they are so valuable for me and my family.

Hey Huldah 👋🏾 Do comment more often 😊 For the BBB, you could either start one yourself or start one with someone else or approach someone who runs one locally with the view of getting to know them over time and potentially investing in their business. What we did was the JV option of starting one but with other people to spread the risk.
Do you guys have a video on if someone was to setup a UA-cam channel and then get on to monetisation, like if your in employment should you setup a separate bank account? How would you go on with tax and other advice on what to do in this situation? I mean in the UK BTW. If you do I can't find it. Thanks
Love you two do bits but that the stocks information went straight over my head, if you really really really want to help the majority of us who need this information to help our financial circumstances, you need to explain this so that this is idiot proof maybe with supporting graphics, so many of us are not able to access this information because of all the jargon please take this as the greatest of respect.
I think a good 95% of people looking at your content have limited funds, so property management or refurbishment and or stocks is for those that have a substantial amounts of capital to then invest in, gold again is a great way to help prevent depreciation but if you only have 1k to 10k range to invest in an income then maybe they are not suitable initially. But I have to agree with you starting an online business with good ROI or a passive source of income is the way forward once you are getting about 6 figures a year then maybe start with property, stocks and gold. I’m starting with only £1k and with limited knowledge 😅 but that’s what I plan on doing start small then work my way up, it’s going to be a challenge no doubt but I have the determination to figure it out. I’ve come to realise that who you surround yourself with really plays a huge role in whether you’re going to be successful or not.
At the moment I have a day job, a stock portfolio (growth and dividends), and a rental property. I’m now focusing on creating multiple side hustles, that pretty much run on auto pilot once the upfront work is done.
Thank you for sharing. I've been on the breadline myself and know where you're coming from. I'd suggest watching other videos on our channel that will help you take control of your finances. We also have a specific playlist for the Cost of Living Crisis that is worth checking out. Overall, your attitude is what will create the world you want to create for yourself. So even if things aren't where you want them to be, stay grateful and positive and keep learning. Over time, things will change for you. FYI - Most people who are in a good place in their finances today did not start that way. It's a journey.
