I'm pretty sure the 99-02 NBS steering wheel will fit. I know the wheel they put in the 99 OBS trucks looked similar to it. They did make a version of the wheel with steering wheel controls, but I only ever seen them in S-10 blazers.
Would you mind telling me whats the width on the screen in mm? I've been trying to find out if a 10.1 screen would fit without blocking the vent. I've also been looking at joying headunits but I was worried it wouldn't fit depth wise, but I see yours fit nicely
I bought a used single din pop out touchscreen stereo unit from Jensen. It has auto reverse camera, Bluetooth, radio and calls. It cool cus I can push the button for the screen to go inside the unit and when I reverse, it triggers the screen to come out and display the camera. I can't watch UA-cam or Hulu or anything like that. But I might be able to mirror the screen from my phone. I need to bypass the park brake to watch movies on it.
you can swap out the steering wheel for one with the volume etc. but it requires a lot of things be changed. BCM possible the heater box, most of the harness, keys, door locks... it is not easy
I want a head unit like this what is the wattage out put they all are pretty weak the RMS is usually 15 watts im useing mex xb 100bt it has 55 WATTS RMS

The 4GB and 8GB units are the best after market units
For the steering wheel controls you can get the steering wheel from the 99-00 Escalade
Don't you have to change the wires so the steering wheel gets power

What dash kit did you use to install this unit?
Found out for myself. Proper dash kit is Scosche GM1504B in case anyone else wants to install a similar head unit in a 95+ gmt400
