After you really understand the whole story of this game, you realize how tragic/sad and fantastic it is at the same time... There has never been created any game like this. The horrors of the Castle is something special, and so gruesome and evil that there aren't any words for it. -You have to play the game to understand.

So true. I have played many horror games but I couldn’t play the first hour of Amnesia. You know a horror game is good when you have to pause every 5 min and when a game makes you so scared of the dark and makes you more paranoid then ever. Good game 11/10
This art alone is so amazing. It captures the atmosphere of the whole game perfectly. I loved this one part in the Study where you actually got a glimpse at the castle from the outside where you had to jump from one windowsill to the next...
This music made me sad for Daniel in Fekete Keres - Black Search, especially paired with the text in the loading screen "If something happens to Eva, I'll never forgive myself."
That passage sounds like the fragments of memories of bygone times full of beauty, love and life... The bitter yoke of time, which gives birth to sorrow, breathing with a sweet, tender voice. Beauty that hurts bitterly.
I found that part of the castle in the picture very atmospheric, like if it wasn't doomed to destruction from time or the Shadow, that a location with those windows would be a good place to play chess or something.
Oh i figured it out. My headphones used to do this thing where they would mess up and so if there was, for example, a song with vocals, you'd only hear the music, back-ups, and echo if the music had that in the background. It also sounded more distorted and stuff. That's what this is doing I believe, because I had been listening without headphones, and I just put headphone on and thought they were broken, but then I could hear the Main Vocals in the background very slightly and so it made more sense.
Yeah... it is sad that dogs and people were tortured and killed (included children). The flashbacks made me angry sometimes. No wonder the monsters hate Daniel...
Is this a recreation, because it sounds a little different from the one in the Original Game. I'm not saying it's bad, it's very very beautiful, I'm just wondering.
