Totally agree with listening to music while out doing street photography. Personally makes me more focused but also less anxious about taking shots of people
There’s a few things mentioned between the 3 of you that I agree with or have experienced personally... A camera is rarely what’s in my camera bag, because it’s in my hand or in a pocket. If I can avoid having a bag altogether, I will. The only time I carry more than a camera is when I’m traveling or doing strobe photography, and that’s maybe 2-3 times a year. Peak Design Sling straps are like generic camera straps, where if you’re not careful, all of your shit will drop to the ground. The bag part is great though.
There’s a warranty on the peak design and they do honor it (in case Sam haven’t contacted them). The batteries (including the powerbrick) took a lot of space and weight, if only they could them lighter, smaller and cheaper too

I used the Mountain smith/The Northface version of the waist bag. just recently I've discovered the harness with takes the weight off of my shoulder and re distribute the weight across my back.
Peak Design replaced my 20L Everyday backpack because of a zip failure. Took 3 days from first contacting them to having the replacement in hand. Can’t praise them enough.

I'm over mid 30 and this year my right foot did start to hurt regularly when sitting even. Went to an orthopedist and after an X-ray he basically told me that my feet are just kaput but that almost all of my problems can be solved with inlays. And yep, so far they really help especially on days when I'm walking outside a lot and use them for hours and hours. So: get inlays kids :D

Never understood why people have a backpack full of photo equipment carrying on their back on such a photo day?🤔(maybe another story when out traveling) It only gives extra weight on your back and constantly forces you to think "ah should I use this camera vs that cemera, or this lena vs that lens»". With me joins only a camera and a battery out on the street. Finito💃🏻 But I guess is all about different tastes and pleasures🤷🏻♂️ Anyway, thanks guys☀️
