I took your advise on race 12 and 13 (belmont) I didnt win BUT both horse's were in the race and 10 in race 13 was 28 to one and came in THIRD (DH) so i will be tuning in from now on, you are good!
Thank you Joe! A couple of 3rds with those longshots(race 2 and 13). I really thought the 10 had a shot in race 13 in the stretch. That would have been nice! Yes a dead heat! Too bad because if that didn't happen the payouts would have been nice if the 10 finished solo 3rd.

Dude, I'm taking a shot on Bourbonic in the Big B. He don't owe me a thing after a hundred dollars to win in the Wood. Belmont don't owe me a thing after Sareva and Edgar/Kent exacta. This weekend is wide open with Irad sidelined.

Yes like you were saying Janet, ongshots often win in the Belmont. I think the 1 Bourbonic or 8 Overlooked are good longshots that have a chance. Who knows Todd Pletcher might blow up the toteboard again like he did in this year's Wood Memorial!

Looking at the PPs for race 12....I like the 8 unicorn Sally too....it’s last few races have been....4th - 1st - 4th - 1st - 4th ----Saturday could possibly be a 1st lol makes sense to me 🤷🏻♂️ same odds to at 15-1.

I notice alot of long long shots like 10-1 and up win the last race of the card. Tonights Charlestown final race 40-1 ran away with it. Belmont had a 64-1 come in today 🤷♂️
You know I always kind of thought the same thing too Steve. There is probably a reason track such as Churchill have their Super High 5 bet on the last race of the day. They plan wide open races at the end of card. So you might be on to something. What if one was a longshot player and played only the last race of the day at tracks. If they became good at picking longshots then there would be money to be made!

I enjoy your videos and I believe in your integrity, but out of curiosity isn't it counter productive for you to advertise your longshot picks? I mean, if a lot of people bet these choices won't that bring the odds down? Or does it just take a massive amount of betting to change odds?
Hey I appreciate that Vampire Dog! Yes there is some truth to that for sure. But I doubt that many people will bet those picks. Hopefully they will bet who they think will factor in the race. It don't take much to move the odds. Even last weekend I pick some 10-1 or 8-1 odds horses as they were entering the gate and they were 4 or 5-1 when they left the gate. It is very frustrating. But this is due to those computer teams that bet massive amounts of money at the last second as well as other factors. So you just have to prepare for that. Smaller tracks are the worst but on big race days at big tracks like Belmont Stakes day the odds don't fluctuate as bad. Very insightful comment Vampire Dog! I appreciate it!

Hey thanks for the picks. I plan to try a selected few Pick-3's Saturday, and end with the late Pick-5 and Pick-4. So I'll keep my eye on your longshots. Check out R6 (another turf) I like #8 Gregorian Chant (10/1). And R7 #7 Channel Cat (12/1) too.

Do you publicize your less known race picks ?
Not all the time. I usually try to tweet out longshot picks or horses above 5-1 on twitter when I am playing because that is in real time. UA-cam doesn't have a feature like that unless I livestream. If you are on Twitter @weekendcapper is where you can find me and occasionally some picks. Thanks!

I agree! After I pick myself off the floor and open my eyes and get the smelling salts, it is a great feeling! So many close finishes in turf racing they go either or way, win or lose. They are exciting for sure and pay well many times.

Belmont Park today race 4 on Tuff. Number 9 at 65-1 won by a nose.
