Stop the press, that's awesome! Thank you so much for sharing !! I'm planning to be in Merida beginning in July and this will be on my list to bring with. Thanks again :)!!
This is pretty amazing. I wish you could have held the earbud up to the camera mic, so as Julio was talking, we could hear what the response sounded like as well as the delay. This seems pretty useful. It would be cool if it was set up to use the speaker phone for the other party to speak into, then you could hear the translation in the earbuds. Technology is an amazing thing. Good video Monte. 👍🏾
Hi Monte, you always share valuable information. I think It's an excellent device to have despite the short comings. I plan on visiting Mexico as a scouting trip when the opportunity presents itself. As of now, I need to get my business straight in the US. I'm strongly considering living there part time out of the year. I need a break from the US if you know what I mean. I already have my passport. Peace Bro! 👍✌️
@@forgiveandmoveon Im a work in progress. It was about 2.5 years before I felt comfortable communicating in any situation. I still sound like a foreigner but I can communicate most ideas.
That is an amazing product. It will come in handy for many people. I think personally I would just learn to speak Spanish. Learning Spanish is fun and it is a nice challenge.
Monty, this is amazing and I plan to purchase a set!! I visit Mexico often. The WT2 Edge will help me to learn Spanish as I work with my Mexican brother. I love your content🥰#myretirementjourney
@@Mexitplans I totally agree speaking Spanish changes the experience. I’m so appreciative that I meet my Mexican brother in 2018. My brother and I meet Edgar on our first visit and we instantly connected. This November will be our fourth visit and my birthday celebration. I’m staying two weeks to explore with boots on the ground hanging out with Edgar.
If I understand this, both people would need to have the app and one of the earbuds? Is that right? Thinking about when I first moved here, I think I would have gotten hung up on explaining to the person why I’m handing them the device, and it’s clean, etc. For me, a great use case would be if a friend had their own set and we could use them to practice Spanish.
No. It translate what is said real time. The other person hears it as well. The text on the screen in from the app but not necessary. There is a simultaneous mode were you don’t even need to press the ear piece as we did I touch mode. However; that mode is better in quieter environments.

Awesome. As you can see, it did a good job with Yucateco Spanish. Thanks for watching. I’m glad you liked it.
Wow, that's an awesome product. Thank you once again for keeping your community informed on the technology front.

Outstanding. It would be helpful for those that don’t speak Spanish particularly in an emergency situation.
@@Mexitplans Exactly. How long did it take you to learn Spanish?

I agree but it will help lots of people before they have a grasp on the language. Learning a language takes time and many many hours.

Thanks for watching. They are great for new learners. I used while watching local tv and I was amazed at how well they followed the news. 📰
@@Mexitplans Awesome, more of a reason to purchase. I plan to retire to Mexico in a few years and speaking the language will make my transition easier!

@@Mexitplans that’s pretty cool then!
Fluenttalk T1 (same company) is faster but doesn’t use the earbuds so it’s less private.
Cool. They have cool technology.
