Hello again Fam! This situation has been going on for OVER A YEAR now since we broke ground. The pool guy never told us personally what was going on with him and his personal life. After what he did, he avoided us for several months and didn't show up on site. Instead, he sent his workers to tell us all the reasons why he never showed up for a very long time. We tried to be empathetic but our back is now against the wall so we had to do what we had to do. Let this be a learning lesson for all. Hope you guys have a wonderful day!
Haaay, mga Pinoys talaga. Swerte nila at compassionate pa kayo. I admire your emotional strength tho. Keep it up. Ang Ganda ng A frames! Malapit naaaa !!!
Wow. The resort is so beautiful even if it's not yet finished. How much more if it's done. So excited to go there to experience the beauty of the resorts.
Wow almost done!! Me and my wife are always looking forward to your updates 😀 you inspired us to start our own mini resort one day..hope we can visit you there 😀
We hired a contractor recommended by family for our kitchen renovation. Despite his high labor charge we trusted his workmanship. Red flags started early when his crew was careless with our belongings. On the second day he asked for another cash advance. Then, his crew stopped showing up, citing various excuses. Despite escalating issues we continued. The renovation stretched from 2 weeks to close to a month. Frustrated by poor progress and quality, we had to terminate the contract. We had to hire another contractor to finish the project, doubling our costs. A regrettable experience, feeling ko dumami yun puting buhok ko hehe
Hi guys ,wow your resort will be so nice . Soon you will have lot' s of people enjoying your resort . I was there a month in December , and i miss already the place . Love the Philippines. Have a great day guys .
Getting to and from the work place takes so long in the Philippines that’s why projects can’t be completed in time. Plus procrastination is one of the traits of some people.
Yeah really, who would do that? I want to see some work first then pay a percentage. The rest when completed to my satisfactory. Remember, your in the Philippines, where lawsuits are non existent due to long duration to get cases resolved. You are in the driver seat. ,
@@jetd9716 there situation was different. They were out of the country and wanted the job to progress. Often times contractors in Philippines don't have the funds to put out for the job. I'm just wondering why almost full payment upfront.
Hi guys just want to Clarify, it was installments at first 30% down then 20% and so on and it was stalled when we went back to Canada for 7 months to give birth because that's when all the excuses from the contractor came and I'm sure they are valid and even life changing for him but its no excuse to then take our equipments that was bought. We did give him the chance to complete it by giving him another 10% which was almost 95%at that time, and almost over 1 year, he now owes us money as we are finishing the pool with our own funds and another contractor. He is paying us back in installments at the moment as he doesn't want to go to jail.
Sorry your pool contractor niloko kayo. I’m the one who asked you who is your pool contractor when you just starting to build your mini resort and I’m glad you didn’t tell me. We use J. P Urgel enterprise to build our pool and they are the best and we use gedamaki too. Your resort is beautiful, more blessings and good luck ❤
Dito kahit in papers wala pa rin .. its a joke ..we also experience a lot of money mishaps and building screwups .. minsan kapagod sila .. we try to be careful but still they get us every now and then ..we always move on from the situation here 😂😂😂😂no choice 😂😂😂❤❤❤
My wife & I like your channel but I have to be honest with you....the fastpace editing can get a little annoying and distracting. Your content is interesting enough without that editing.
I can't understand you, not sure if it's the recording or you are switching to Tagalog. I know the haters will come out of the woodwork and say I should be able to understand Tagalog, but, I'm struggling.

Off topic did you have Botox
Typical pinoy work attitude for sure
Just for reference how much did you pay the contractor to build your pool?
