James, Brianna, Matt, Melissa, and Adam shoot the Sitka course at the 2024 Big Sky, Montana stop of the TAC 3D archery tour with their Bowtech Core SR, Bowtech SS34, Bowtech Eva Shockey Gen 3, Mathews Phase 4, and Mathews Lift 33 compound bow and arrows. There were long and VERY technical shots, the longest being 117 yards at a 3D moose target. - Спорт

Great job getting this vid out so quick - and I know you shoot a bad ass Bowtech CORE SR and I have the SR 350 - but your gals bow is sic looking. Great finish on that bow. Not to mention she shoots it pretty well.

I’m going to be doing this course tomorrow! If you guys shoot the prime it’s tough as well. Lots of limbs/rocks block views small targets. Shot it today and it was fun af!

It's great to see all the missed shots, what a tough course! This was my first TAC and we did the Sitka course on Sunday. That mini bear shot was ridiculous!! 😆 I can't wait till next year, soooo much fun!

Good video and it’s obvious you had some fun AND some very crazy challenging targets. Shots like this are, IMO, totally STUPID. Even if I was physically able to walk all over a mountain I wouldn’t do this course. Awesome you all hung there slinging arrows.👍👍

Man i wanna go to a TAC shoot so bad. 42yrs old and been bow huntin since i was in my teens and have yet to be able to make it that country up there is so beautiful. Thing is if i got up there id never come back to Oklahoma lol. Awesome vid James as always. Where was ur old man at this shoot? Keep makin that content brother!!!!

Brianna, on your up hill shots or step angle shots just make sure you are not getting to deep in your hand. Run that grip right down the bone of your thumb. Also make sure you are not cocking your wrist in. Hope that helps.

Make sure you check Tom out with Warrior Rising! Super cool guy and great organization. Keep the videos coming. Awesome. The moose for us here in PA. was about the same distance. We backed up to 130 yd and let'm eat! Haha. The one guy in our party was shooting 60 lbs. and the moose was across a small hollow. So his arrows were lobbing in over top of a unused (not in operation) ski lift. Hahaha.

@@BowDisciples thank you. I thought that’s what it was but I didn’t know it came with a long rod so the bow can be attached.
Keep having fun guys. I’ve always wanted to go to a TAC event, I’ll try to go next year. Is the process to get a spot difficult? It will be nice if you guys made a short video explaining or give some pointers/advice as to how to get a spot to participate at a tac event. Thanks again.

Looks like a fun course. I never quite understand folks who do the tough courses, and then get all sad-boy when they miss...every miss should still be fun, because its an archery fest, not a comp. Your boy needs to take a Valium before heading out next time.

@aarongilbertson3074 there's a difference between paying 160$ for a Tac and having a course to have you shooting your bow sitting down and still hitting a tree. Those were stupid targets! Let's see them putting it in the eleven, no problem. TAC is cool! But that course was stupid. Jason from Bow discipline does really well in them, usually ! 🤷♂️🎯👊
Skill issue
As much as I enjoy shoots like this, intentionally setting targets up so the margin of actually hitting the target is so small really sucks. Especially considering how much the shoots cost and how quickly they sell out.
Definitely a challenge
This looks expensive at $30 an arrow flying through the trees. I'd need an arrow sponsor @victoryarchery or @goldtiparrows.
