This is awsome! I'm literally working on some hiking trips in this area at the moment. I wasn't even aware of the Via Ferrata at Cap Éternité. I did the one at the Palissades de Charlevoix, but never heard of this one. It's really sad that Quebec isn't advertising enough their own trails. Thank you to you and your team, Eric!
Love from Ontario, Canada! Loved your adventures! We, a family of 6, including a 5 year old and our dog, were here hiking and canoeing in August 2021. We should have tried eBike also. Quebec is the second most mountainous province of Canada after British Columbia. Since 2020, we have been exploring Quebec's national and provincial parks located in the Laurentian mountains. We will be there in 2022 again.
No, not part of the Appalachians. The Laurentians are part of the Canadian Shield, much older. Maybe I misheard. Also, the mushrooms you show while talking about the 'Amanite tue-mouch'e are completely different. The Amanite that he is talking about are 'Fly Agaric', which grow on the ground. Nice cinematography though!

Quebec has so much! Glad you found some new spots for you to explore.
Looks like a good trail for some of us who ride roads and not into gritty, soul defying mountain biking

Really love Tremblant, I hope to be able to go again!
I can go there easily with my dad it's less than 30 minutes
I would do anything to come on one of these trips with you.
Thanks Brendan! Maybe we'll cross paths someday!
