John Pelletier, chief of Maui P.D., received Priority Mail # 9505510594413193076515 on July 13 2023. He was asked to assign a fraud detective to complete a police report on the identity theft shown in this video and send the report to me via email or snail mail, so I could notify credit agencies that I am the victim of identity theft. The culprit will receive a brief note advising them of this "response" as ordered by Jessica Mann on, or before, Thursday, 07/20/23 in Louisville, TN.

Get in touch with your State board of insurance and file a complaint. you'll get a rapid response I had a similar issue with my mothers life insurance. you can file online.
