    Chris, loved hearing these perspectives offered. What an enriching experience for all involved. That NGO is quite amazing. Such passion for the health and welfare of Tibetan refugees. 🙏🏻

    I heard from an American friend who is not alive anymore has this to say about India, I quote, “India brings out the best in you and also the worst in you, “ unquote. I am from Dharamsala but for the last 13 years living in South Burlington, Vermont.

      @@wanderlostChrisH tibetans can offer you lot about science of mind and inner peace,try to learn about mindfulness and about Buddhism during your stay ,may be u can attend geshe lhakdor class at gangkyi,he speaks really well on mindfulness
