Aye wtf you doing here 😂
Yeah baby
So proud of Reece and Havok and what they have accomplished.
Definitely!!
@mmzen geez cool breeze...he said proud of Reece and Havok...not whatever bull you are trying to start.
Havok is amazing
Definitely agree!
what was the name of the strap company he said?
Levy's
I love how musicians explain their own rig and not let their guitar techs do it, longlive to Reece Scruggs .m/
I met up with Reese and he's super chill to hang out with but on stage crushes it. Havok's Conformcide is Amazing. He recommended the Decimator to me and really helped clean up my sound...now for some Overdrive\m/...How about rig rundown on Exmortus.
one of the best modern thrash guitarists.
Reece has to be the most down to earth guy I have ever seen haha! :D
He's awesome!
HEAD STRONG!!!
Thanks for watching!
Absolutely F-ing HEAD STRONG!!!
@@MINOTAURunOfficial I'm F***ing Headstrong!!!
@@dabodyx ⛧🤘
Rock on, Reece! Keep killing it! \m/
😀😀
HEADSTRONG! :-)
Went to this gig! Havok fucking kills!
They're awesome!
His guitars are sicks!
Totally agree!
Thanks, I was waiting for this one!
So glad you liked it!!
My homie Resse, much love from Winchester VA your home town.
Thanks for watching.
I knew I heard a Peavey esque tone in their sound!
🤘
I was there that night!
Nice!
Great Dude and Great Guitarist. Thanks for the ROCK man. Be Safe.
:D
I have one of their discs he seems really down to earth like most thrash bands.
🤘🤘
also, just a comment, if you want the amp that Reece is using, you may get closer with a JSX, the Triple X mark 2 amps were more or less rebranded JSX amps, though both the JSX and XXX amps are fantastic amps that I love. (Source: Fluff or Ryan Bruce talked about it).Anyway, can't wait for episode 100, thanks DTS
No problem!
Love this band. What a seemingly nice cool guy
They are really great guys!
I know this is a well over 5 yr old video, but Reece is fucking kick ass!!! For Real!!!🤘🤘🤘
fuck yeah
:D
Awesome!! Does anyone know the name or company for that guitar strap he uses?
Not sure, sorry!
Reece scruggs and brandon ellis are the best at the moment both are top notch
🤘
Reece is a cool guy. VA all day!
Thanks for watching!
Cool that he has all the best gear
🤘
Yeah, I like Scruggs. He's a great (metal) guitarist and seems like a nice, humble dude. Always wondered if he's distantly related to Earl Scruggs? Lol. Might explain some of the magic in his fingers. Havok are really good tho. Never seen them live but they're the best of the new thrash bands, for me. The drummer, Webber, is an absolute beast. Total machine.
🤘
I see you also have a g55, but I noticed the antenna on next to it. How'd he do that cuz I had the antennas in the back like how their supposed to be but signal would cut out.
Gotta do david too!
Unfortunately, there wasn't time to film with anyone else this time around. The band's tour vehicle broke down that day, so the schedule was really tight once they got to the venue.
10:02 someone starts watching the Onion News Network!
What did he say was the company name of the guitar strap?
Reece is a Legend, how can he play that tight with 0.46 rs
Who makes that strap? I want one.
Does he say it in the video?
Levys.
Fucking drummer in the background
That's just the nature of filming this series, haha!
I forgot the band logo that is right about the Alcoholica patch. Can anyone help me out?
I'm not sure, sorry. I'm sure if you ask Reece on social media he'll be able to tell you.
Deicide, it's the cover of one of their albums, I don't remember which one exactly
Weird only 22 frets for a shredder.
Everyone has their preferences I guess, right?
What make are your choice of guitar straps on this video?
I wish people would make guitars for me even if I didn't want them. Oh well, I'm stuck here with my ibanez gio.
Reece is a beast, so glad to see the band continue to get more recognition.
Reece is a phenomenal guitarist! Watch out AJ Styles you have a strong contender for the next Phenomenal One.
😊💖💖😎🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎵🎵🎼🎼🎼💖OK.. Good 👍 👍 👍 I love you
Thanks for watching!
Roers thinks he can out do Charvel? bold statement but intrigued...
Thanks for checking out the video!
I share the same birthdate as him
No thrash metal guitar player can talk about an amp being versatile...lol. It’s so versatile but I’ll be using the same sound the entire night. Whenever the metal guys have amps that are multi channel with numerous voicing I just laugh. Give them one crushing tone and the ability to make it louder for solos and you have 90% of any metal bands playing live, anywhere. These Peavey’s are good but not versatile. Clean and kill is what it does. There is no classic rock to be found in a triple X. The Bob Seger tribute down the street will not be using one...lol
I think his use of the word "versatile" might be coming from a different perspective. He maybe saying that the amp is versatile for the genre they play and fits all of his thrash metal needs.
Digital Tour Bus ..Different perspective? I guess, if versatile means turn on and give me the one sound I’ll need for 95% of the gig. Then yes, it’s versatile. I’m not knocking the band, gear or anything. Just a musicians nature to make more of what they actually need or more of what they actually do with what they have. The XXX, 320 and even the JS don’t do anything but high gain and very clean. To call channel two on these amps a crunch channel is pretty amusing as they’re all metal as fuck.
