@kimberlyrodriguez9513 it's been a while now, but I don't think I needed to use FL-157 because we chose to reserve the matter of spousal support for a later time on the petition.

Do you still have to fill out boxes from 3 and so on if you are not requesting spousal support or attorney fees to be paid?
