Milano Solid Natural Oak Oiled 125mm X 18mm Wood Flooring
A fantastic Natural Oak solid wood flooring. Each individual board is 125mm (12.5cm), the overall thickness of the plank is 18mm (1.8cm) wide. Each board is manufactured with a tongue and groove profile, so each board can simply be glued together. Solid boards such as these are usually bonded directly to the sub-floor using an adhesive. The grade of this Oak is mixed, meaning it will contain some knots as is typical with Oak products.
An oiled finish is not impermeable and may not be suitable for spillages. This product comes in mixed random lengths.
Industry standard for wastage and cut offs is 10%, with 5% for visual grading. This should be factored into your calculations when ordering.
