Hi
Did you manage to find a Ram mount that mounted the unit securely?
Cheers.
Yes I did. In an update video on this unit I was able to remove the stock mounting ball and the hole pattern is the same as the square ram ball mount linked below.

I was able to reuse the hardware off of the FODSPORTS mount but the screws were almost not long enough. I may replace them with 1mm longer screws in the future.
Did you ever get the Bluetooth to connect to your headphones. I’ve been having trouble with that. It’s finding mine…but not connecting with them. Frustrating
I like your video have you been on aliexpress you can get lots of stuff for your bike and everything else I find it better than Amazon free shipping if you want to wait cut out the middle man.
Were are the. USA map ? Mine seems to be set up for Europe
I contacted the seller for map updates every 6 months or so. Get ahold of them and they should he able to hook you up with the us maps

No one shows how it is in the bright sun
Jim Brandeau ill try to get a video of that tomorrow. But in my use unless the sun is directly behind you and shining straight on the screen it wasn't an issue.
I've moved to cell phone routing in a big way recently and rarely use the FODSPORTS anymore, but I'll still break it out and get a vid for you. I picked up a ruggedized Droid phone and am using an APP called LOCUS to do all my navigation and routing.
can this gps remember and store trails you take?
i usually ride trails with no planned destination and find my self lost so i pull out my phone and try to find the nearest road to make my way out.
thanks
@@SkankHardEnduro yes the unit does have a track feature. Sorry for the way late reply.
