The sleeve is the secret! I bought a similar one from U-haul and it didn't have a sleeve, so one end is just way too small for the hole and doesn't feel secure. Will check this one out! Thanks!

Nice idea. Only works for hollow stingers and not the heavy duty solid steel stingers such as those used on weight distribution hitches and similar systems.
