Isn't all promo cards in dbs tcg some kind of holographic and not a common?? I bought some dbs promo cards on tcgplayer.com and it's "not" a holo of any kind, just a common, not sure that's right:/
some are holo some aren't, there also holo and non holo versions of the same promo card
