    Professor, how to record the program with the microcontroller placed on the PCB?
    What program do you use to compile programs made in assembler?

      Complier convert high language program (c, c++, java) into machine language (Hex program).
      Assembler convert assambly language program into machine language (Hex program).

      @@EngineeringFunda Thanks for sharing, teacher. But I mean what program do you use to be able to write a program in Assembler and convert it into HEX for example. I have a very old one, the X51 that runs on MS-DOS. I don't know if there is any more modern one. That was my question. Thank you so much. Best regards from Spain.

      I have used keil Software for compiling both C and assembly code and flash magic software for burning the code into the chip

      For that you have see my video on Internal RAM of 8051. This video is just to inform that DPTR is pointing External Location.

      @@EngineeringFunda I think I know why.
      Because with 7 bits we can represent 128 numbers, from 0 to 127.
      We are missing the address number 128.
      So, in order to have 128 addresses, we should set 8 bits of address, not 7. Right?
