Really enjoyed this comparison between the Triumph and Ducati..Very down to earth motorcycle enthusiasts just having a real discussion over coffee..No hip music or fancy video..I just want a honest truth on the bikes themselves..Great job gentleman..Signing off from the Pacific Northwest

First review I’ve seen of the new Full Throttle. I’m completely torn between the Full Throttle and the Triumph Street Twin. Rode both and for my riding (London commuting and the odd blast out), the Ducati is the better bike - certainly more nimble due to its weight advantage. But, I love the looks of the Street Twin. Decisions, decisions, decisions! 🤔

Dunstan Hawk the Triumph is incredibly nimble... so much fun great for city or town riding and great fun blasting around country sides too... get a test ride you won’t regret it trust me👌🏾

@@thedarrencasey I went for the Ducati and have never regretted it. The triumph 900 engines to me felt like driving a diesel car in terms of the low down torque. The Ducati engine spins up faster and is a lot more free revving. The Duc is an agile and nimble bike. They’re both good though and you wouldn’t go far wrong with either.

I'd agree the 2019 Triumph Street Scrambler is 10 bhp higher and it does have a Brembo front brake. Plus it has revised cartridge forks. So a much more closer battle; plus long term is the Ducati that good really? A number of bikers still don't like them as unreliable and too expensive to service etc. I wonder if as a longer term bike the Ducati may give you tears ?

These air cooled 800’s are proving to be one of the most reliable engines from Ducati. Still my mind says Triumph is more reliable, but the duc is probably a lot more fun.

The massive problem with the tires that are both street and dirt compentent? They all are low knof height and soft so they work in the street to the avsoute detriment of longevity as far as being dirt worthy, the knobs get so low after nt so many miles and then they are not worth crap in the dirt! I got 1000 miles from my Continital TKC 80 rear! on a 73 hp motorcycle at which point they were worthless offroad
