I helped him to the best of my abilities in the current circumstances and also got him to remember to breath deeply and gently again towards the end of the video. 50 pounds for 1 hour massage is respectable. Some places charge 100 pounds or dollars no matter where you are. And you feel better, which is better than being charged til the end for medication that mask problems.

The reason why Miguel and most of us who suffer similar problems is because we have not been breathing deeply and gently. The ability to breathe like tihs allows us to flux from the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system and visa versa. Most people are stuck in the "fight or flight" sympathetic nervous system which has very detrimental effects on our whole physiology. This is one of the reasons why I practice my family tradtion Ly Chi Gung and meditation. With practice, it becomes second nature to be consious and aware of our breath and state of being.
