We've filmed this house years ago but we recently went back to film it again. This time with better cameras and the home owner has updated the entire house. We really hope you enjoyed today's video and if you did please remember to LIKE, COMMENT and SUBSCRIBE.
Which estate are you referring to ? Because if it's the first one that's mahogany woods and old oak wood you might want readjust or calibrate your phone better
@@markfurney3670 Irrelvant what wood it is, it still looks orange in some rooms, most likely the light but orange looking all the same. Please note I did not say all the wood looked orange, I said I'd replace all the orange wood not that I would replace all the wood because it looked orange.
Gemini is one of my passions. I follow it every year hoping that nobody is going to buy it until I will win the lottery. So lucky you went again. I am not totally sold on all the updates, and I would have definitely improved a little bit the swimming pool, which looks like a big dark blue rectangle. I would have made it a lighter pebble and make it a little bit nore " limestone" like, type Vegas, Caesars Palace. Anyway, did you guys film also the cottages and the Mango House? What's the state of those, are they updated? Also, you didn't show the tunnels that connect the two big halves of the estate, one of them.with the art gallery. Overall, though, good that I have a new video on it, great job. One day this WILL BE MINE.
The Este in Manalapan is gorgeous... but are TWO plots separated by S Ocean Boulevard! So you have to cross the public street to go in the pool. From a point of view is interesting because you separate the private area from the party areas.... Florida is famous for Party Crashers... In every party/Event I organized/hosted in Miami a good percentage of guests were Party Crashers and scroungers.
This is only a fraction of the house the 1st house that isthat is the house goes underneath the road so they're not tied in together so you don't have to walk across the road to get to the other part of the house pretty amazing they don't tell you that
@@Legendary_Productions its a crazy Compound, Mansion Estate, slash resort.....(not a resort). Who ever owns this house now probably only spends his and her time at this Estate only 3 or 4 months a year here at most and probably has other Estates just like it. I thought I saw some footage somewhere where they did show you a tunnel running underneath the street and there is alot of other footage that is not shown where there is a highly sophisticating locking system in the wine area, so much more I was told by one contractor who helped do some of the Renovation so he tells me. Oh and a miniature train somewhere on the property I think between the golf course and by the half basketball court. There is so much more that can't be shown for security reasons he also stated that he wasn't even aloud to be shown.
I looove houses with lots of land like this one! Give it a more Modern style and its perfect for me! (It looks absolutely beautiful like it is don't get me wrong. It's just for the sake of my taste)
@@Legendary_Productions Hi LPG! Funny you should ask.... New York House was actually my favorite space. (A+) Staging was B+ (Am tired of raindrop lights already... more of a contractor's decision than stylist.)
@@Legendary_Productions When are you guys going to film elsewhere? San Diego, Chicago, Seattle, Toronto, & Vancouver all are exponentially growing in the luxury real estate market: there's alot worth filming in these places. Heck, even Philadelphia is on the rise in this department; due to a mass permanent migration from NYC, their market is growing quite fast too.
@@thebabbler8867 Our two main areas are Miami and New York City. Outside of the cities we usually film all around South Florida and in New York, Long Island / Hamptons. Occasionally we film in California. We recently did one in Philadelphia actually which we will release soon.
Wow.....even though realistically, I know this is only a fraction of paradise (on earthly terms), but even still the possibilities are endless just think about it....if you could afford this comfortably, you could also set up lessons with the greatest in tennis, golf, you name it. Endless fun, paintball, hide-n-seek on so many levels, manhunt (legal & illegal) lol, yes imagine what you could do....and then when it's time to get away? Well then what else would you do?
Hello, I congratulate you on your work, it is spectacular. When we are interested in any of the properties that you have in your videos, what should we do?
dear LPG,,,,,, awesome mansions but videos are very short for them.... {you have not time to understand with details what you see!!!!} every building of them needs at least 15 20 min. video
Ok, the first one is obviously for billionaires and is far beyond even winners of the Powerball. That said, I was not wowed by the interior furnishings. But if you have enough money to even be able to think about this place then you can afford to pop for new furniture. The place in SF shocked me. I almost skipped over it after taking a look at the outside on the assumption it was just another cringey ultra-modernist monstrosity. But honestly the inside was not dreadful. Unfortunately, the last place in New York, was, absolutely hideous.
I would say very few snakes there and no alligators. Anyway, thanks for watching. Please subscribe to our new channel: ua-cam.com/channels/tVO4QT8OAIOLazHI8sZo5g.html
Most of these are just glorified boxes made of sheet rock and painted stark white. Very little effort put into them in terms of originality, craftsmanship, theme, etc.

Stellar work, guys!!!
Manalapan is gorgeous. One of the few places left in Florida with that much greenery.
Do you have listing info for the NY beachfront house please? Thank you.
@@keithclayton1271 I believe that house is off market. Almost certain we created the video for the architect / builder.
@@Legendary_Productions Thank you.
The best mansion in the world. I pray for everybody stay safe. Amen.
Amen 🙏🏽
Same to you, times are ruff
Amen you too
That's not a mansion, that's an entire resort...
My kind of property. 👌🏾
This is so far one of the best beautiful megamansion I've ever seen. Not even "The Billionaire" in Bel air can compare. The interior is immaculate.
SO true!
But why 😭😭😭😭😭
The first was without any doubt the best home I have ever seen but the third one it was so artistic beautiful and so nicely build I just love it too
New York mansion doesn't feel like home. Office vibes. Florida mansion really something.
Hahahahaha, Neither does the San Fran one, 🤣🤦♂️🤣....and yes the Florida one DOES!!!! Thus the BEST one!!!!🤣🤣🤣...😁✌
The first 1 is where I will retire to and die..!!
BEAUTIFUL DREAMS..!!
❤
That Hermes throw/blanket certainly does the rounds 😃👍
Undeniably exclusive and beautiful property for sale. Well done!
I know everyone's taste is different, but if I bought this place all the orange coloured wood and 90's interior would have to go immediately!
True
The person who bought it felt the same way and updated the entire house...
True. I expected something completely different.

the character of this home is overflowing 😍
But there is a public road running through it...
the first mansion is a huge flex

If somehow they could make a tunnel under the road that would be epic.
It has tunnels under the road that connect the 2.@@Legendary_Productions
that last house. I love it!
The first compound is one of the finest estates I have ever seen in my life!!!!!!!

Very cool!
El lugar idílico, aunque no es mi estilo de casa. Demasiado señorial!! Y enormes!!
Wow so beautiful thanks
Wow, lots of money, but it's so beautiful!😍
Beautifully featured in Wild Things (movie) 😎
The first house is very beautiful but the road A1A that passes in the middle is not terrible... No bridge or tunnel?
That property is in need of a tunnel!
If I remember right there is a tunnel underground that connects the 2 properties so you don’t have to cross the road.
My Heavenly Mansion!
Paradise!
i can confidently live in this house without the owner see me

Oh come on! lol
How much is the upkeep? The lawn alone would cost millions a year. Forget the property tax
I wouldn't doubt it
an expensive house for 115 million should be posted in a separate video!

Even if they were around we try not to show them and tell them to hide their personal items because no one wants to see your shampoo bottles.
