I was a short guy. I was mostly the shortest in my group till i reached 16. Then my hieght started increasing.
Now i am 5 ft 11. My parents are not tall either.
I guess the reason for me getting tall is my SLEEPING habits.
I slept 12 for hours every night added to that i slept at day time.
For Growth nothing maters most than your SLEEP.
NO WORKOUT
NO HANGING
NO RUNNING

My six class was one of my favorites and when this video came I was in 6 class. The best reason of that class being one of my favourites was I got all of my best friends in my section. We used to have a group called "The 4 Freinds" in which we had our own rules and we use to eat Chana Chaat everyday after School. I have a lot of tell about it but can't tell here. Huh, great old times 😌. Now my life, class, friends everyone sucks.

Guys i just want to say accept what you are it doesnt matter,your goals dont depend on your height, i know most people feel very bad about being short because you will get rejected and all but still it doesnt matter
And if you still care, trust me hieght is not just genetics it maybe 60 or 70 percent genes but you have that 30 40 percent control,basket ball players are taller for a reason even when they have short parents and grandparents,a good amount of sleep(most important) ,good nutrition and excersise will surely help but you have to keep consistency
