I was locked up with shine at bay county in G-3 dorm
ACI was getting it in but nothing like Martin or sumpter
Sumter CI, was no joke, I started my 37 years sentence there, i was there from 1983 until 1989 , I went to Martin CI from there in 1989 , Sumter was 85 percent black when I was there, if you had a lot of time and you were young you had a good chance of going to Sumter back then
People been running tickets 70 years n Tampa parlays, pools bolita/ Lottery. Probably longer.
