Hello, I got retractive eyes even though my doctor performed Canthoplasty. Would second canthoplasty help or need skin grafting ? I live in very very humid climate, my skin is very moisturized . The surgery was performed in very dry climate , so dry that my skin got wrinkled . Can the skin change due to climate can cause misjudgment of a doctor how much skin to remove?
