Pau singing this in Lunario was NOT PLANNED, it was their first concert in the altitude of CDMX and Dany's voice was straining, so Pau took lead to give her a rest. It is insane to have such versatility available in a band.
Yet we are still to see the full potential of the band as Ale vocals are brilliant and when she re-captures her badass early days to lead vocals - stand well back as there could well be an explosive outcome. When Ale sang backing vocals in Leeds last night on Choke and Que Mas Quieres there was an audible wow went up around the crowd. She was instantly loved with cheers and claps ringing round after Ale finished her segment.
I definitely agree with you on ALE she was a wild-child .. I still believe she's going to reappear and blow us all away . She is after all "THE GODDESS - QUEEN OF THUNDER" People go crazy if she speaks, smile's ,sings, just about everything she does at a live show, sets off the audience..In my opinion she's like "The sleeping Giant" Her time is coming.. 💥🤘🎶✌️
I agree; she just hit her teens and lost her self-confidence... as many of us, if not most of us do. As she moves into her 20s, it will come back. As again, it does for most of us. She has just been experiencing that typical mid-to-late teen phase of growth is all.
These girls don't cheat anyone, they give 100% in every song. Pau's powerful voice really came through in this song with an almost angry scream. No doubt about Dany, as I think she is about 50% of the show as she dances, gestures, looks right at you plays her guitar and sings along, even if she's not on the mic. Ale was definitely more active and animated when younger.
Ale at that age has always fascinated me as well. She almost seemed more focused on her performance then. Even her face when she sang back then was more intense. ❤ She would get lost in the music.
The flying drumstick version couldn't be more appropriate right now. I saw them live at the Haarlem show last Friday and after the show Pau hit me in the head with her drumstick! I never saw it coming and only realized what it was in time to see a guy behind be picking it up. I'm buying a VIP ticket at one of their next U.S. shows just to have Pau add "I'm sorry I hit you with my drumstick" to her autograph. 🤣 Not to make you jealous, but I'm seeing them in Glasgow tonight and then in London Saturday. And yes, the Haarlem show was freaking incredible.

Pau -- "We wanna thank you all for being here. Thanks for coming. This is one of the best gigs I've ever played, believe me. I'm having such a great time. Thank you so much for supporting us. A few moments ago, when we were playing and I heard you all singing to our songs, I almost burst into tears. Thank you" Translation of what Pau said at the Dakota Bar.
I noticed that two life events really changed the way Ale carried herself in public/on the stage. When puberty kicked in, she became even more reserved than just her normal shy demeanor. The second was the growth spurt that accompanied her changes. It played merry hell on her knees and back. She really limited her stage movements as she got taller.
Even a few years ago Ale was complaining about her knees. A couple more years and some strengthening exercises to help her knees but yes, the growth spurt made them a weak link for her. I would like to see her do more vocally though. I know there were some rather harsh comments from outside the band & group that hopefully she didn't hear much of.

As you said, the Dakota version is very punk with Dani singing it. Meanwhile, the Lunario version is very dark, angry and raw with Pau singing it.
The lyrics on this song are so powerful... it's been said a thousand times, but the fact they were aware of such things at that age and cared enough to put it forward in a song is mind blowing. The musical execution is so great of course. Yeah, Ale was great on her wild stage, no complains about today though. Good reaction as always 🤘🤘
One thing you’ll always notice when either Ale or Pau fills in for her normal vocal role, Dany jumps around enthusiastically more so cuz she’s free from the mic to stretch to play her guitar only and to momentarily do nothing else. You can see in her face her exuberance.

The Dakota Bar is during Pau's "Animal" period. She's learned to hit with the same power but keep control of her limbs. She's got an amazing economy of motion now a days that she never had back then.
This is the first time I noticed on Lunario that Dany and Ale switch sides on the first "Eh-eh, eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh". They can't do that anymore cuz Ale would have to bend way down to sing and Dany would have to sing from her forehead lol

Regarding to your observation on Ale, my take on that is that she was exploding her love of music at that early age with how many children always seem to explode with energy and hers was with the music. Yet, as that all got older I think she had a fast forward of maturity coupled with her personality and saw her sisters could hold the mantle but not lose her self-definition as an artist and was comfortable enough in her shell of confidence to adjust. Let the passion and joy pronounce while her serenity and stoic power lend its own prominence. What a perfect blend of egos they have where they provide balance, compliment, humility yet exuberate confidence without arrogance with one another. And that spills over for everyone to witness, on and off the stage. ⚠️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Not a song Pau normally sings, and for good reason, a lot a drumming going on. I can't think of any other performance that she sang this while drumming. There's a video with a guest drummer in The Warning cave with Pau singing lead and doing the sound effects herself, it's hilarious.
This was the first song I heard from them that made me start muttering expletives. I prefer when Dany sings the song, but only because Pau has to back off on her drum attack when she sings it.
There’s something about Copper Bullets that just clicked melodically with me. It still is in my top 3 TW songs, especially when Pau sings it. I absolutely adore Dany’s vocals but Pau’s approach fits the song better for me. I’m very happy that you did CB as a Two for Tuesday Rob.
The fact that teenagers wrote a song with these meanings is nuts. Ale wasn't even a teenager yet. Great song. Their parents originally didn't want it to be on the album because of the domestic violence in the song.
Kiss had a whole different vibe about them, always on all the cool magazine covers, makeup, cool catchy songs and electricfied on stage, i feel the same way about the warning in a way, especially the younger TW at dakota, lunarios era, to me they give off that same vibe that jus makes you want to watch or see them live more than others, like if im watching pau going nuts back there i miss what ale's doing and then im like well dany is oozing over there all over the place full of energy, its like they are all fighting for the attention, same way Kiss did when i went to see them late 70's, so much to take in with just 2 eyeballs, man thanks for sharing the Pau lead vocal one from lunarios, i forgot how good that one was, Thanks for sharing!! 2 more albums from this band at this age woulda set me for life but its still good
I know, you said you just don't care much about lyrics but, man, you gotta appeciate this song even more when you take into account; writing about an abusive, dysfunctional relationship that ends in murder/suicide at their ages - it's just crazy, even after their parents told them that they shouldn't write about that kind of stuff. - So good! 👊⚡️🤘
Funny you mention Pau beating her floor toms literally into the floor! There was a concert where they were opening for someone (can't remember who at the moment), where they were doing this very song, and Pau smashed one of her fingers between a stick and the rim of one of the toms. Fortunately, she didn't break it, but she was sore as hell for the next few days. *EDIT:* Yep, I get it with Dany's facial expressions! She literally became the 'Queen of the Murder Scene' in the Lunario concert. She's a great actress and immerses herself in the scenes!😍 ..and Pau with her emotional vocals, in my opinion, carry the song even better than Dany! Of course she did write the tune so there's that.😉 👍👍👍
There is a version of this from the Warning cave where a guest drummer was playing this and Pau was singing. It was great Pau even provided the sound effects.
I'd love for you to react to Pau on the piano singing solo covering Radiohead's "CREEP" and followed by Dany playing the piano, singing solo covering "MY FUTURE" by Billie Eilish. Two For Tuesday Special with the great voices of Pau and Dany. I'm sure you'l smile after both songs.
@@maneeventmedia true but Pau and Dany do justice to any song. Pau’s song was a challenge on Instagram for her to do a song. She learned it in 4 hours then played it on video. I don’t have a story on Dany’s song, but both deliver them beautifully.
Few people notice it but in the first video, at the end, Pau apologizes saying: "...I'm sorry if I hit someone..." because one of her drumsticks flew into the front row, near the person recording the video. I don't know why, but I like this song better with Pau's voice. Thanks and greetings!! 🤘😁✌️
Dany - Queen of Charisma. Pau - Queen of Energy. Ale - Queen of Cool. That’s how I see them when they perform live. I also see the KISS influence, which makes sense because I think they are fans.

I, like you, love the dynamic younger Ale of Dakota Bar and Lunario. She has become so beautiful that maybe she is just self-conscious about her looks. Of course, we all love the cool Ale, too. Remember, she was only 17 at the Teatro Metropolitan concert.

P.S.: Paulina, the creator, writer, and director of the video! Outstanding.
I'll bet it was hard to take Dany seriously when she walked out with her butterfly shirt, and then they started playing and the audience all knew they were not just cute little girls!!

Two good picks! Love your broken record! This early stuff is just a lot of fun, and great to watch. Back then Ale had a kind of snarl that gave that kind of "spunk" you talked about. She grew "up" too fast, in my opinion. Nothing to be done about it, sadly, yes, sadly!

I'm glad you brought that up about ale because I was wondering the same thing it seemed like in her early years it was almost like she acts like she enjoyed it more on stage she doesn't enjoy it as much now imo ....but to me she just puts out that vibe that she's just chilling up there doing what she's got to do and going home where has Paulina and Dany... Seem to be a little bit more engaged and serious about it..... Just my opinion!
Since like me you love Pau's energy so much, I would recommend to react to their performance at the Hell and Heaven Festival in 2018, that is on their channel. It is a short 30 minutes set that they did and the sound is not the best, but Pau was simply on fire that day.
I also recommend TW First Time Opening for the Killers from five years ago. It's one of their best performances, professional filmed by the Lunario and ForoDidi Team. It's famous because Pau injured her finger during Dull Knives and of course played on. It's also great to see DPA entering and leaving the stage. The set is on YT and lasts about 30 minutes.
I agreed. I miss Ale and Pau wild teens years. Now Ale is too cute and reserve, but not mistake see is the strongest of the sisters, both mentally and physically. Pau, now is all about technic, She had some back and hip problems and has changed her style of playing in order to keep rocking..
This song is about domestic abuse and ever since I heard it the first time I think of "Never again" by Nickelback. It´s the same rage in both of the songs. This is easy one of my favorites of The warning.

- So good!
👊⚡️🤘
There's nothing I do not like from TW. It still amazes me how great Pau is with singing while drumming. They all rock. Rock on \m/ (TWA)
Of course she did write the tune so there's that.😉 👍👍👍
Wow. Ali and Pau ruled on this one.
I love hearing Ale’s bass just thunking away
There is a version of this from the Warning cave where a guest drummer was playing this and Pau was singing. It was great Pau even provided the sound effects.
They are pure Rock, they have it in their veins 🤟🤟🤟
I'd love for you to react to Pau on the piano singing solo covering Radiohead's "CREEP" and followed by Dany playing the piano, singing solo covering "MY FUTURE" by Billie Eilish.
Two For Tuesday Special with the great voices of Pau and Dany. I'm sure you'l smile after both songs.
Those sound interesting, but WOW! 2 terrible bands
@@maneeventmedia true but Pau and Dany do justice to any song.
Pau’s song was a challenge on Instagram for her to do a song. She learned it in 4 hours then played it on video.
I don’t have a story on Dany’s song, but both deliver them beautifully.
@@maneeventmediaPau's Creep is anything but creepy... she's superb... a must listen.
KISS God gave rock and roll to you, was one of their first song covers.👍⚡
KISS was the very first rock concert they attended, if I remember correctly.
@@dasnoid 👍 Dany & Pau attended (Ale was a baby) Kiss.
Then later Maroon 5 was their first as a trio.🎶
I love twofer Tuesdays!
Great! Me encantó esta reacción! Twofer Tuesday! The Warning, versátiles, talentosos, dueñas del escenario.
Estoy preocupada por tu comprensión del español 😂
😂
Just imagine you have this song in your catalogue and actually don‘t play it nowadays because there‘s so many better titles to offer.😮 I‘d love to hear it live in a concert now.🤘
It would sound so awesome now that their voices have matured.
@@SDsailor7 Any of their older songs they don‘t play live atm would. Just imagine Exterminated, Wildfire, Psychotic, Free Falling, The End (as the last song before the encore), Unmendable, Sinister Smiles with Ale‘s Falsetto.🤩🤘
That lunario show is a masterpiece , a must watch from start to finish , even if not on your channel(s) you should watch privately at some point Rob
One of my top gotta-hear songs off the 21st Century Blood album. ⚡⚡⚡🧨💥🔥👍🏼
I, like you, love the dynamic younger Ale of Dakota Bar and Lunario. She has become so beautiful that maybe she is just self-conscious about her looks. Of course, we all love the cool Ale, too. Remember, she was only 17 at the Teatro Metropolitan concert.
I thought she was 18 there?
This was great! I'm so far behind in your videos right now. I saw some of the thumbnails this week and I'm excited to see some of these bands. Also, looking forward to you one day reviewing Psychotic by The Warning. It's one of my personal favorites. Some have said it's Cheerleader punk... but what do I know.
😄
🦋 This Love Was Just To Much To TAKE 🪰
Thanks for the spanish translation !! 🤣
The Lunario version happened at the right point in their history when Dany and Ale could switch mics (first chorus), they couldn't before, and never will again 😉
I think I am getting pretty fluent 😂
I always feel like this song was the precursor to The Queen of the Murder Scene album, Pau went pretty dark on the lyrics on this one, awesome song!
Thank you for doing
Twofor Tuesday as due to time zones i get to have Warning Wednesdays. . . If you did Warning Wednesdays it would be thursday here and nothing realy rhymes so id miss out 🤣🤣 . .
At that age Ali is on fire . . And like you i wonder why shes taken a back step . . They all have that raw talent no refinement . . .
Enjoyed your reaction . Hope your well . Take care .
Bye from NZ 👍🇳🇿🍻twa
Queen of the Murder Scene concept album, is still today, their straight ROCK creation ever! Let's take a look, Rob! 😉
Watch very carefully at the end of the first version when Dany was singing lead . Pau's drum stick slips out of her hand , over Dany's head and in to the crowd , she's one dangerous woman , lol. An excellent song though .
If you translation was correct it was probably about me because my name is Rob as well. Great name by the way.
This song needs to be reacted to more these days. It's one of my favorites of theirs. I guess that doesn't say much because all their songs are my favorites but you get the point.
Nice to meet ya Rob
There is a video from the warning cave where they done Copper bullets with a guest drummer, i think i have just spotted that guy in the "Priority" que for tonights show.
Hi Rob, it's out their last official music video.... they become ILLEGAL, trust me.... that was INSANE!!! Oh my GOD, where want they go?????? To the top, it's the answer... no question!! They beautyness is somethinhg inexplicable!!! Go check it and you will blown away as i do! 🤣😮😮😮 And in a way, it ends up proving you right about their seductive evolution in this video, it's UNDENIABLE! P.S.: Paulina, the creator, writer, and director of the video! Outstanding.
I'll bet it was hard to take Dany seriously when she walked out with her butterfly shirt, and then they started playing and the audience all knew they were not just cute little girls!!
Sitting in a pub across the road from where The Warning are playing tonight about to watch your two for tuesday (i might watch one just now and the other on the train home after the show).
Not going to lie I'm getting abit emotional.
LUCKY!
I have a soft spot for this as when I first went down The Warning rabbbit hole, Copper Bullets was on full-time repeat for so long.
I've heard several times that Pau was being called "Animal" from the Muppet Show. If you ever seen Animal play the drums, you'd swear it was Pau.
Thx Rob
Oh yeah Dakota bar , the night Pau almost murdered two young souls 😂🤣 awesome reaction
With a broken drum stick. Sorry forgot to include that lol
Thats an ok tune by TW. I miss that wild Pau on drums and yes Ale used to be more punk back in those days. i’m kinda impressed by your spanish skills rob haha!
😆
Pau loses one of her drumsticks during the first performance at 6:30 and almost hits the fan with The Warning sign. 😄
She almost got Dani in the back of the head too.
This song almost never came out. The girls' parents didn't like this song because the theme is very mature (domestic violence) but they fought and the song was put in xxI st century blood
thks for the reacts
OMG. They're playing an hour away from me in October, opening for Halestorm and Evanescence!
I would go, and then leave after TW to beat the traffic hahaha
@@maneeventmedia
I'm literally paying to see them, although I am interested in Evanescence.
And they're playing in Freeze The Fall's city the next night. They're already plotting to get a copy of their EP to TW's manager.
😂Love the translation 😂Classic
😜
CON PAULINA EN EL LUNARIO CDMX 😎🤘
Another reactor David Heretic made the same reference about Kiss and the Warning he refers to Ale’ as little Gene which is pretty spot on in her movements at this age keep up the good work bro and take care
🤘⚠️🤘
♥♥♥
If you have a chance, please review the comments of your first reaction, when you did not have much feith in modern rock in general, after that think about how much the rock has reboned for you after knowing these ladies, that is amazing ❤❤, you will undestand al those old comments ❤❤
🤟
🎉TW
Pau's duostick flying by Dany's head and just missing her. lol
The best performance is the one they made "Whiskey A Gogo 2020" check it 😎 greetings from Venezuela.
6:30 did you notice Pau's stick flying over Danys head :-)
😂😂😂😂😂 she almost cut off Dany’s head
I agreed. I miss Ale and Pau wild teens years. Now Ale is too cute and reserve, but not mistake see is the strongest of the sisters, both mentally and physically. Pau, now is all about technic, She had some back and hip problems and has changed her style of playing in order to keep rocking..
Check out the Hell on Earth concert 5 years ago. A different Ale .
This song is about domestic abuse and ever since I heard it the first time I think of "Never again" by Nickelback. It´s the same rage in both of the songs. This is easy one of my favorites of The warning.
🤘⚡️🤘
thank you for the Spanish translation... FYI.. it's pronounced Lan-Oreo 👍
I like Oreos
Something happened. But I don't ask any more. I just ride the wave and hope it never ends.
my best version is the whisky a gog version very loud
warning warning #1
I think Ale is just coming out of the hyper "self aware" teen years that affect some kids differently. Anyway, cool song!
KISS fans should check the TW concert where they wear "KISS like" makeup for the "Dia De Los Muertos"(Day of The Dead) Mexican holiday.
