It is a composition by the Japanese musician Yoshiki, who is above all well-known as the founder and drummer of the band "X-Japan". He is also known for he's amazing live performances, anyway outside Japan still pretty unknown.
I played it a bit in my own style, so tempo and others can partly differ from the original version.

Amethyst youkuでGoogleで検索してみてください。私もこの音源探すのに2年くらいかかりました。少し音質は落ちますが私も毎日聴いてるし楽しめるかと思います。再アップしてくれると私ほんと嬉しいんですがね。ある日突然の出来事だったので。。。

He even uploaded this. No digital piano would sound that full and authentic without piano VSTs. Garritan CFX is one of the best VSTs out there, you can search for its demo on YT
