I can appreciate the integration with Okta and all that it provides for third party access with a single sign on however that sign in demo (11:45) was far from easy for most end users I've supported. At the very least that Okta setup would require a step by step document with pictures or IT assisted phone call or for IT to do it themselves. I think from IT staff perspective, we can appreciate its simplicity, but to an end user still very complicated. I feel like its putting another layer of setup from the original JAMF concept of handing a never before opened Macbook and providing a user a login to self configure. But it is nice to see all the features from the back end come together in the long term to make things simpler for the end user. As a single concept most people still do not understand how MFA works or what its doing. I see the end result being a success but like MFA (2FA) there is still much handholding involved in setup for current end users.
