Tablo from Epik High (debit 2003) is one of the rappers responsible for both RM & Suga becoming rappers - after they heard "Fly". They've been friends with Suga & RM for quite awhile. Tablo produced Lee Sora & Suga collab "Song Request". I love that RM is doing collabs with legendary artists. This is such a mellow vibe...

erykah badu is one of the most accomplished black, female artists of the time. she was a pioneer for women in rap.
I was surprised and excited for the collaboration. That speaks Namjoon’s research and playlist.

RM proved that this is how you collab with other artists. He brought in all the legends and this album is legendary masterpiece. All the artists value RM hella lot! and RM respects them in turn so much. He deserves all our love and support , a true genius! Tablo was so excited that he ddin't ask details of the song , he immediately said yes :) Tablo being such a legend and also a fanboy haha too good!

Still life and All days a vibe I love
I recommend RM Indigo Album Magazine Film. It's a longer video but Namjoon and all the featuring artists and producers give behind the scenes of each song. It's so interesting to hear Joon's thought process and what inspired him for each song. Reading the lyrics again after knowing his intentions for each song gave me a new appreciation for the songs.
Strongly agree!!!!! Listening again and again this masterpiece RM gifted us.... is outstanding... but having the opportunity to hear the story behind each collaboration from each artist... is something out of this world.... and, as ever.... having the opportunity to learn and appreciate living legends from RM and from great talented artists ...is a real bless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! really an eargasmic experience!!!!!!
I am so proud of Namjoon! Indigo is amazing. It's truly a masterpiece. The album was just released but it has already made me feel so many things and heal. Namjoon is my favorite artist for a reason. I appreciate the fact he's so honest with us. Not all can do that and exposing his inner himself and putting out in the world those raw lyrics is just so brave.
I always find myself in some way reflected in his music and his songs give me comfort and motivation. It's like if someone is sitting next to me, listening and telling me that everything will be fine, that one day we will make it.
Kim Namjoon is an incredible artist and I can't be more proud of him, I'm so proud of everything he has achieved as a celebrity and as a person. He deserves all the love and support!
It's incredible how every single song is so f good on its own and even if they are different, I see them as a whole. That's why it's hard for me to choose a favorite one.. that's what happens when you release a real good album.
Namjoon's lyricism always blow my mind. I wish him all the happiness, he truly deserves it. 😭💜 I'm OBSESSED.

All music, features, production is perfect and lyrics, of course. Another level.
I cant decide which is my favorite. Wildflower, yun or closer. Cloder has a different vibe, it's like my youth and fun side is vibimg with it, but also wildflower and Yun are both very relatable, it connects to my adulthood and pains. Ahh overall, no skips on these album! 💯💯💯
Colde is a kr&b/indie artist and he has some really great songs, for example 시 which in english I think is called shhh or poem? (namjoon actually shared this song on his insta), I personally love Control Me or his collab with Epik High - Rain Song (btw if I remember correctly namjoon and yoongi also shared it on social media).. He’s got such good vibes that I think mix really well with RM, for example he sometimes does “sunday jazz club” on twitter spaces, it works a little bit like a short radio show and it’s so peaceful honestly… I really recommend you to check his music out some day!!
Also RM was drunk when he sang the vocal guide for change pt. 2 and it’s what they used in the song. Which is crazy

If you'll listen to album with the lyrics you'll actually see how much depth is there in those lyrics. Nam Joon is literally genius and the way anybody take a particular song and give a theory according to their own and creat a whole different meaning is just insane

Closer & Hectic are definitely my favourites. Colde can honestly never miss imo. When I saw he was featuring on the album I got super excited to see what kind of song would come from him and RM’s synergy. Paul Blanco’s part in Closer was so smooth I’ve had the song on repeat just to hear it over and over again. RM did an amazing job with this album. It’s right up my alley in terms of music style. I know for sure a lot of these songs are going into longterm rotation playlists of mine. ^^
You get it!!! I fell in love with Hectic at first listen, my 2nd fav is Lonely. Paul Blanco absolutely bodied his part of the song--seriously, how does Namjoon find these people?
all of RM fellow collaborators are top names in music .......its unfortunate you dont know most of them....what suprises me is how RM just knows how to weave ech person into the song to complement him but never overtaking him.....

You gotta look into Tablo's story. One of the greatest rappers in Korea. There's a whole podcast series about the hell he went through during his career. It's inspiring!

I’ve listened to Indigo all the way 5-6 times this weekend. I do love the album as a whole but for me, my favorites are still life, hectic, lonely, and all day ‘cause they are easy to listen. Forge_tful and no.2, they are tenderly triste but lovely. I’m also glad to find the artist Paul Blanco in Closer.

First track 'Yun' is about 'Yun Hyong-Keun'(1928-2007) who is one of the greatest painter in Korea. 1:46 narration is an interview of Yun. at the interview Yun said about human integrity. RM respect him and has his artwork at home. RM also said this album 'indigo' inspired by Yun :)

Tablo is an absolute LEGEND. His lyricism is top notch. Definitely check out Epik High at some point. They're a three member hiphop group that debuted in the early 2000's (Members: Tablo, Mithra Jin, and DJ Tukutz) and are actually largely what inspired both RM and Suga to become rappers.

Is it just me that thinks no.2 sounds like some by bol4 and let go by bts?
The government, when it appoints youth ambassadors, ambassadors to talk about crimes against Asians, placing the responsibility and weight of this position on them. The same government put the handcuffs and forces them to serve in the army. The people, who with the taxes generated by BTS, had jobs and salaries during the pandemic and still voted against the military exemption. The press that whenever they could attacked BTS, saying that they had too much freedom and that they should clip their wings. The other companies that didn't like BTS received 35% of BigHit and became majority partners in the company. It is unfortunately the family tradition whose respect they will always have. They were created that way. This is difficult to understand in free countries. Complicated and sad.
They're not being oppressed by having to go to the military. Or normal business conducting.

Not my style. And im VERY confused with the blatantly bad English... like how did no one check it? Plus it's fine to curse but it seems like it's just added for drama.
I mean I don't disagree, the cursing did seem a little unnecessary, also with the 'blatantly bad English', I'm not sure if you mean the pronunciation but... I can say this, their are times in BTS songs where they'll say a word somewhat incorrectly, and it actually tends to happen on songs that RM is responsible for writing because in doing so will give the word or message a double meaning. Not saying that it couldn't be just a genuine mistake, but he's got a history of doing it for clever wordplay.
But it's fine if it's not your style! their are songs in BTS discography that I absolutely love, others that I hate and others that eventually grow on me.

It's definitely bad English, poor grammar, context, and tenses. To be even more specific it actually just seems like misuse of AAVE actually. That's even worse, so thanks.
