Does She Really have Autism? If She does you can't tell. I knew someone with Autism that was about 6 or 7. I love when you can watch someone OVERCOME a disability like Autism. I guess if she does have it she faut to oercome it as well. We love you Tangina!!!

Logan James I don't think she does can't say for certain but I didn't see anything about autism in her biographies throughout the Internet, but she has done a lot for the disabled community as well as AIDS awareness! She is an always will be one awesome lady! She passed away in 2010.

@@LadyDonegan I was a good friend of Zelda when I lived in Los Angeles in the 1970's and 80's.
She was not autistic and was funny, warm and a great human being.
Her generosity was immense and she was a joy to know.
      I miss you my darling.

You never overcome autism!!! there is NO cure, you can manage it, my brother has autism, I live with it 24/7. You don't overcome anything. you just learn to accept nd live with it.

I would love to make a documentary of the obsessive collecting behavior of high function autists like Aspergers and the obsessive creation of material among this group.
also, study the high number of self-diagnosis of this affliction among this group without ever consulting a specialist (if ever!!) even though afterward most specialists prove them right.
as a diagnosed high functioning autist myself, I am deeply curious about this!
ps I diagnosed myself before I went to a specialist who proved me right.

@@oliviaautumn2488I was talking about high functioning autists we generally fly under the radar of specialists and even parents high functioning autists are to the outside would normal although to some a tat irritating because we seem to know a bit about everything a kid of 6 is generally not in this category of autism although exceptions do exist'
however, the childhood development of a high functioning autist is similar some develop speech rather late or pee their pants and uh, the other thing till quite late say 6 to 8 and contact with other kids is slow, minimal to even nonexistent some of this happened to me yet I was reading books at age 4 but with minor difficulties due to dyslexia I was drawing realistically at age 9 later in life I had a short job with the European Disney comics and got bored with it, uh yeah that's also a thing an HFA isn't very good with pressure and deadlines as long as a job is fun great if not we F up.
well that was a bit longwinded sorry for that but I hope it clears some things up.

I have a friend who has autism. He's a few years older than me, and I knew him for years. I remember on my 13th birthday when he told he he had autism, and I was completely shocked. He acts and talks like a normal kid (adult, now). Autism is just a burden placing itself upon normal people. I bless all those who have it and hope they overcome it.

wow! I just stumbled across this and I can't wait to watch more. I am so inspired. I am in a new journey with an autistic friend who is a performer at heart and I love seeing his gifts blossom. I love seeing the community embrace him.
