I really hate sitting through a video on how to do something and the finished object isn't shone. No clue on how to finish off the wrapping. This is something I just heard about and decided to see if it might be something I would like to do.
@BuzzardFlats THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU...TyingItAllTogether fabulous videos!! Happy i scrolled and found the previous comment cause that's exactly how I felt when it came to the end!!
Thank you for tutorial. Wish me luck! Now I just need to find some great rocks as I refuse to pay for them. Our local landscape company is very expensive.
Dianne, I am very interested in learning how to do this. Do you have any instructional guides besides these videos? Or do you offer classes via video /internet? I am a jeweler and artist who works primarily with kangaroo leather, pearls, shells and various semiprecious stones. I'd love to incorporate this style of wrapping into my work. Thanks in advance, Emily
...scrolling further down I found a comment because I was kind of annoyed by the video as it didn't show you HOW to end the wrapping...so I came across THIS..." Look up TyingItAllTogether " ...so I did, and he happens to have BOOKS...I know it's been 2 years since you've posted your comment...I just happened to need to find out how it was done, that's why I ended up here...cheers
@@jaywilliams5138 or i could just turn off the channel since a tutorial in this case requires sound. so that's what i did. hopefully the woman learned something - bad sound drives people away. so fuck off.

RIVER ROCKS ! They're free!
Great vid really helped me
I’m sure tutorial was informative, but I could not concentrate with all the background noise.
Background noise very distracting. Not shown is what is the wrap made of.
Typically suede
I would love to do this. So much chatter in the background, can hardly hear you
You didn't say what you're wrapping the rock with and how long it was
She stated right at the beginning of the video...cane and obviously a long piece about 3 feet
she used 3 yards of cane

Where can I find more of these rock wrapping patterns?
The background noise is incredibly distracting.
BUONASERA
DOVE SI ACQUISTA LA CANNA
GRAZIE
What is the size of the cane?
whisperinghands89
The cane Size smaller The finished looking more perfect!
I prefer cane Size 1.0MM, 1.25MM, 1.5MM.
@@minhe5012 where do you purchase the cane and is it chair cane?
You mean 'wrapping', right?
'Rock rapping' is like when Anthrax and Public Enemy teamed up to make music.
Or Run DMC and Aerosmith.
Do you soak the reed?
If you soak rattan skin, It will got soft and tighten wrap. but It willeasy to got hairy.
I prefer not soak!
probably would have enjoyed this, but I found the noise in the background to be very distracting. Only watched a minute or so.
the noise in the background makes this impossible to watch. but interesting idea nevertheless.
lara hartley for you
Did you not see the volume button? turn the sound off if it bothers you.
