There are two main clusters of rooms. So, if you are one with children, ask for the ones that are on the kid’s club side where the Lagoon Pool is. Else the other will be at the Water Court Pool which is a walk across the landscape. We were at the kiddy side. I love the wooden submerged stairs in front of every pool access room. They sort of gave that Maldivian overwater villa vibes as I swam along the length of the pool. And about the landscape, it is so full of greenery that it felt like we were in Khao Yai. The compound is very well kept and trimmed. Large sprawling spaces of green grass shaded by huge tall trees throughout. Near the shoreline, a restaurant sits. There is where the third pool is. The beachfront infinity pool is fully exposed to sunshine for the farangs to get their perfect tan. There are two types of pool access rooms at the Lagoon Pool. One is called the Lagoon Access Deluxe, and ours is the smaller which is just called Lagoon Access. Our unit required a stride over a small patch of grass (which can be muddy at some parts) to reach the platform leading down the pool. We spent most of the day just enjoying our room and getting in and out of the water.
