- Here‘s a brief edit, genuine moments from an evening at the beach filmed with my little camera setup. Hope you enjoy watching as much as I did when shooting and color grading :)
Where I get my music from:
fm.pxf.io/musi...
Shot on Lumix GH4 in Rec.709, 8-bit
Color Graded within DaVinci Resolve, No Plugins.
Experimented a little with a small setup, no external monitor, no ND… so all at closed aperture. Unfortunately also didn’t have a tripod which was quite a bummer…

Beautiful!
THANK YOU!
loved them all but my favorite would probably be at 2:44 ✨
good choice :)
I’m still shooting on GH4 and am thrilled to see your beautiful work. The Metabones + Sigma 18-35 is still my jam. Subscribed.
Discovered your profile just now. It's great , keep it up you are very creative 🙏
Thank you so much!
They’re all beautifully shot but probably 1:26 if I had to decide. Also color grading is sick!!
Thanks man!
This all just feels so nostalgic and makes me want to go on vacation right away! It’s gorgeous❤️
Thank u! Me too actually… i feel like i’m always living in the past 🫠
The shots in these soft hues along with the music makes it all so beautifully nostalgic ✨
So glad it makes you feel that way. I’m dreaming too 💭
🥰
😊😊
What lenses did you use?
Minolta 50 and Sigma 10-20
@@jaredfilms Ah interesting, does that mean the dreamy glow was done in resolve and not by the lens? Stunning shots by the way, you have great taste in visuals I think more films should be experimenting with this vintage style because it looks so good with modern digital cameras :)
@@Murofly Thanks for the compliment! Yes, most of it was done in grading. While obviously the minolta vintage lens already got some sweet dreamy flavors within itself. Camera was gh4 btw so 8bit. And i was actually impressed
@@jaredfilms that’s amazing dude I have a gh4 and didn’t think it would be possible to get saturated colours from it like this, very impressed! I look forward to watching all your videos now haha :p
@@Murofly Ah men that’s great! I highly recommend watching one of @TimtotheWild early videos that were shot on the gh4 and they’re absolutely beautiful. Obviously v-log so more dynamic range and maybe also externally recorded in 10 bit but still the best footage i‘ve seen to date on that cam
