    Also the quack poop helps with the fertilization process of the soil I would imagine.

    Composting meat-Dallas Texas area and twice I have attempted to compost raw meat. First time I buried it about a foot deep (Herculean effort to dig that deeply in black gumbo clay) and fire ants invaded that area.
    Second time I dug another trench, buried it and within a week something dug it all up during the night. I suspect it was a coyote from the nearby creek. Do you have critters that come into your space when you throw out meat?

      Raccoons and possums will eat some meats but if I ever get spoiled meats I throw them into my biogas digester.
