I’m a Senior Project Coordinador who is working toward becoming a Project Manager. I’m currently studying to take the CAPM exam. Thanks for letting us know. We are constantly checking the quality of our videos and we do not have this issue. The only thing I can suggest is the volume challenge may be on your end. Here are some ideas you may want to check, if you haven't already. 1. Increase the volume on your phone or computer 2. wear headphones 3.ensure the volume is turned up to 100% on the actual UA-cam video. This gets missed a lot and can fix low audio 4. try close captioning to read what I am saying. My content is educational so whether I am saying it or you are reading it you will get the info you are looking for. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching, cheers!
