How is it that a UA-camr offers a more detailed and thorough explanation of Petra than any of the “professional” documentaries I’ve watched over the years? 🤔 Well done Sir!
I have heard of the Jordanian guides who help take people to Petra and camel safaris, such guides are known to be incredibly kind and friendly. This journey is high on my bucket list.

I have travelled to many of the sites that Manuel has evaluated but I am AMAZED by the information he adds. I especially appreciate the architectural facts he shares and the great music that accompanies his narratives. I am so thankful that I found these programs. They are wonderful.

I cannot travel due to poor health and lack of wealth, but you have bridged the gap for me, and now I can enjoy the wonders of the ancient world from the comfort of my lounge room. The images are no longer static - you have brought them to life for me.
There is no one today, on the face of this earth, that can even begin to replicate that kind of stone work. It is quite obvious our ancestors were a whole lot smarter than history gives them credit for being.
I will go one step further and say they were more than just smarter than we give them credit for. I will say that they are smarter than we are seeing that we can't replicate what they did.
Those tombs and monuments were built for the absolute elite of the era while their populations were slaving off in the fields. The money used to do so probably represented an obscenely high percentage of the local GDP. We should be very happy that developped countries have not reproduced this.
