OMG! I spent hours watching a series of other vids and reading an article about creating responsive design in figma (constraints, scaling, grids)...but 5 MINUTES into your video I have actually learned more :')!!! You're very smart and practicle, thank you sooo much!!! The grouping tool alone and the "k" for scaling feature has literally saved me hours...WOW

great video.. so do we have to design for desktop ,tablet and Phone seperately? or can use phone layout to adapt to tablet?

When you scale down layers that aren’t text using K you will get decimal values for shapes - how do you go about ensuring the layers are pixel perfect and also follow the grid constraints ?

Hi, for the Iphone x screen, why did you shorten the background image? Why didn't you make it full screen?

Is there a way to show the figma mockup so it appears adaptive without being in the editing mode? I want to be able to show some how the site will change when I resize a browser window. #newtofigma

How to make adaptive width but with limit of maximum width. So the width expands to the monitor width but in extra width monitor the expansion stops at certain pixel.

I am trying to apply the constraints and following everything along with the video, however, they aren't working. Please help!

As I'm designing for mobile (let's say a mobile app), I'm using the iPhone X frame size. While presenting, this works fine when I'm using an iPhone X as the presentation device. But everything overflows when I'm using a different device like an iPhone 6.
The problem really is on the vertical axis. On the iPhone X, I am able to fit everything on the screen but switching to a smaller devices engages the scroll.
I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you!

why can't we use a tab bar and therefore go with a hamburger menu? I've seen web apps with tab bars before, like airbnb

Why do you set the layout grid to 8px when last rows are 1px smaller? Is there a way around it?
