    3:00 there in simple trust can be a trustee and beneficiary but that doesnt mean there cant be more than one trustee and one beneficiary. just understand this concept

    Are the beneficial interests under a trust also known as overriding interests or are overriding interests something completely different?

    Does overreaching only apply to beneficial interests under a trust? Also, what is the difference between overreaching in registered land and unregistered land, or can it only happen in registered land?
