Hi I had purchased Scorp 2 but having trouble balancing the gimbal with Sony a6100 no matter what I do only the tilt axis works correctly. I followed the steps from your tutorials and still facing issues with the roll axis and pan axis. I want to know if I had received a defective or damaged product and requested replacement from my seller accordingly. I can feel slight stiffness with the pan and roll axis motor not moving freely compared with tilt axis motor not sure if it's because it's new?
sir in future koi problem hone par, Warranty Claim Kidhar Karnege... I mean online or offline plz suggest me?. bcoz iska kahi bhi customer support nahi dikha mujhe |

Mera Feiyutech ka G6 Max aaya tha 25k ka, vibration de raha hai, Feiyu bhi service nahi kar raha, baahar ke centres bhi nahi kar rahe. Feiyu waale keh rahe hai China bhej dunga toh repair kar denge but kharche mujhe dene hai.
Hi, I recently bought the feiyutech scorp 2 thinking that it can take weight upto 2.5 kilogrammes. I tried to balance my Sony a7iii with samyang 35-150mm f2-2.8 lens. The total weight is less than 2 kilogrammes. But the gimbal doesn't balance it. I tried it with the counter weights but it doesn't work. Please advise what can I do now? Jose
