I found this mod not from you, but because I wanted to search it up on the workshop, and that was like 1 week ago
Also you should scrape the scalpel to his skin, and once it looks enough scalped, take any of the tools: heart remover (removes patients heart), lung retractor (retracts patients lungs) and brain retractor(retracts someone’s brain). All you have to do is scalpel them where the organ is, take your correct tool and stab it into where the correct organ is, if it doesn’t come out, do it again,if it doesn’t come out, scalpel the place a bit more

You turned off gore settings so the scalpel doesn't show the cuts on the person but if you turn them on you can see that it leaves a hole in the person. So when you put the scalpel on Dr, Bandi you pretty much left a big hole on his face that you can't see.
I would trust bandi as a surgeon
