Love the vlog. I used to live in NYC in the late 70’s when it was a very different place and it’s fascinating to see it now and to go places I would never have gone. On a different subject, I’m a bit concerned about those unnaturally shiny apples. We grow apples and they don’t look like that. What is on them?
I was concerned about the apples too… looks like wax and I’m pretty sure they can’t be healthy

At some point you used to the pricing. I came here from Europe as well and the most shocking prices for me were apples and potatoes. What is the reason behind paying $3 for 1pound of apples? 1 kg of Apples (2 pounds) cost round $1 in Poland. That is ridiculous!

So the book ending of the shining is different, Stephen King wrote doctor sleep because he hated the film ending and wanted to give it the proper ending 😊
