This is why I love Jessie she's not like other Idols. She's confident, she's not scared of anyone and she speaks her mind. I feel like she's more real than some kpop girls
not "more western", she is more open and honest about it than how most idols hide the fact they have had plastic surgery done that's what jamilla meant. It has nothing to do about being "Western". That is actually a stereotype
TatibearJay #1 Bear If you read Jamillia's comment, she says how jessi isn't like other kpop girls.. Jessi might not be an idol, but she in an artist. People will still (k-netizens) talk about her whether or not she is an idol or artist. That isn't the case here. We are talking about how Jessi can be honest about herself. She doesn't have that kind of image that most idols are given by their companies. No need to get offended :D I the end of the day. Jessi doesn't give two fuxks about haters and that is the thing!
SahraXO I really wasn't implying anything from my comment I just thought she included Jessi as one of those idols.... And also, I'm not offended by anything 😐

Monbebe exo-l im not calling myself a genius but its called common sense. If i were to going in public yawning my junk is huge people would get uncomfortable fosho just dont make this shit hard kay?
Ri'AikaCröw maybe she doesn't want children?/doesn't wanna wait so long? also it's her body so if she feels like she should get plastic surgery then why not
Ri'AikaCröw you're completely wrong, you go up a size or few when your preggers and after perhaps a year after birth they deflate like balloons and you're left with sags which can sag down to your belly button and they get worse through menopause.
That's my favorite part! Like she said, there are so many korean idols who do plastic surgeries, hide that fact and pretend like they were born that way. And then so many kids believe they are ugly and have selfsteem issues because they don't look like that. She is just putting it out there, owning it: you don't have to do it, but if you do, don't pretend you didn't
Kpop Space I think they knew all, but they pretended that they didnt know it. They didnt know how to react to this, this never happened in a korean variety show. breast plastic surgery is something they never talk in a show, that why they reacted like that.
Kpop Space like I said they didnt know how to react.. she suddenly talked about her breast. how will they react to this. they have to be careful of what they do and saay. You know how the k netizen are. They will ruin your life if you do something "bad" .. And yeah your life as a celebrity will be over.
Kpop Space we were talking about the mc .. knetz can destroy them, that why they need to be careful and be respectful. I'will stop here. have a good day.
One of the most frustrating parts of this video is that they titled it "Jessi's breast surgery Confession". Her whole point was about how people are always too scared in this industry to disrespect someone to their face, but they have no problem doing it in songs and behind their backs. THAT was her point. This video was about being able to not only talk the talk, but walk the walk. NOT about a "breast surgery confession". The entertainment industry is so focused on sexualizing women while simultaneously shaming them and so often use it as a distraction so their audiences don't notice that they're actually cowards that don't want their manhood threatened. Get out of the way while people like Jessi show you what it really means to be "hard" and a badass. Anyways. Go Jessi, you Queen.
+kpop space then why is Korea's life satisfaction literally last on the OECD of the world's countries?? why are their suicide rates, depression & rates people who get plastic surgery so high?? because Korea is a very close minded society with strict values. even Koreans recognize this & wish it was different. statistics show that's the one thing many Koreans hate about Korea, how judgmental even strangers are. the Korean immigrants in my school, no matter how much they miss Korea, say they enjoy the acceptance in America. people like you who base all of Korea off things like kpop (which most Koreans don't even listen to) need to wake up lmao.
+kpop space lmao no. the fact that there's so much plastic surgery is because Korean society values appearances way too much, you have to even submit your picture for a job application. not accepting people's physical differences is being closed minded. if you check out shows which focus on problems of Korean people (something like Hello Counselor idk lol) 90% of problems revolve around people not being accepting of them, society treating them as unusual because of some difference or something along those lines. idk where you got your info from but even if you just search online, every study or analysis of Korea, shows its a society with still very old fashioned & conservative values. take it or leave it. let's end this, bye.

I don't get it tho. 🙂 Korean society made it normal to tell people to have surgery when they are "ugly" and to openly criticize a person's appearance but once someone goes under the knife (from the social pressure) suddenly they are called "freaks" "monster" "cheap" "fake" like come on make up your mind🙄
Hypocrisy at it's finest! I think a lot of Koreans dislike the idea that someone might be feeling great and confident in their body or being happy with their look (it's unbelievable to them). So that's why a) it's so common for people to judge each others appearance openly without being asked and b) won't stop these people from continuing to do so even after someone changes their appearance. I really wished people would mind their own business. You don't owe anybody anything!
Exactly 🤦, but honestly its really annoying how crazy Korean beauty standards are and how much they have normalized the need to have plastic surgeries, I mean there's nothing wrong with wanting to change the way you look, and it really is nobody else's business but I am not sure if the quest to look perfect ever ends, people should be encouraged to feel beautiful in their natural skins. Anyways, let's all appreciate Jessi for always being real and openly talking about double standards in the industry.
Jessi is very Americanized, so for someone like me to listen to her talk, I see nothing wrong with it. Also, I've been an avid from of kdramas and kpop for a very long time, over a decade, and I am very much into the korean culture and I am fully aware that her carefree and honest nature doesnt really suit the culture, but MAD RESPECT for Jessi for being upfront about what she has done and being proud of it. I think if you're going to plastic surgery, it should be because you want it and you're going to be proud of showing it off. That really makes her a beautiful person because she's not ashamed, she doesn't hide it, and she's proud of it.
I love what San E said here 2:16 I still don't understand why people believe that every rapper need to diss/say bad thing about other people..you don't have to swear to become a rapper, that's why I don't like to watch SMTM and Unpretty Rapstar...
Atiqah Sohaimy lol you don't have to swear but you can. A lot of really kind people swear A LOT. San E is kinda a perv (if you watched even two episodes of UR, you can see it) but he has very soft lyrics.
Personally I have noticed a lot that if an artist doesn't admit that they've done surgery then people get mad, but if someone says it willingly & openly then ALSO people get mad ! Like just see the irony !
right, she never openly said she had anything done but who needs to? With eyes and nose its just whatever, same goes for a boob enhancement or reduction.
Nevaeh Wright she revealed she had surgery many times, i just don't get why people are still shock, most recently during SSD she talked about her boobs. that title is weird it's not really a "confession" she just talked about it
LMAo and the fact people are calling her brave when she got like DD breast done on purpose. I'm sure she wasn't ashamed or w.e weird topic for her to bring up when their that obvious. I love her to death this is just and odd confession
Alycia R lol it's not even a confession i love how she looked directly at them when she asked if they looked real. Like it's obvious they're not and she's not trying to act like theyre hers lmao I LOVE how she called out idols and stuff tho!!
The guy who called San E a 'rap nerd' was B-Free, the same guy who dissed Suga and Rap Monster from BTS for being idols, saying that it's not hip-hop. B-Free seems to think that he writes the rule book on rap and hip-hop. In reality, I'd much rather listen to San E and BTS, and won't even look in B-Free's direction. B-Free needs to get his life sorted out...
konnichiwa Yes, hip-hop is a music genre, and also a lifestyle, but it's not about wearing certain clothes, having a certain appearance, and acting like you care about no-one and you're better than everyone else. B-Free also made fun of the BTS guys for wearing make-up because that's something girls do. How does that affect their music in any way? That doesn't make them any less hip-hop. That's just picking on their personal life. He's trying to act like he's something different and special, but if he keeps directing everything people do then everyone will turn out to be the same as him. I'm very sure he doesn't want that.
That's just part of rap culture. Especially with people who came up as battle rappers. Their whole thing was to pick apart other people so it always carries into their music. It's like when Eminem used to talk crap about people back in the day. Plus it gets people talking about them which is the main thing they want.
This was the best interview ever. they don't even look like they are in front of the camera. they talk so comfortable till jessi talked about her breast. 😅😭 but I enjoyed and laughed so hard.
Oh my goodness exactly. All the girls talking bad about her behind her back are just jealous. She has confidence, she's beautiful, and she has an amazing body. Not to mention her rapping skills are the bomb. Wish women could be more confident about their appearances rather than try to tear others down.
This woman finally got what she deserve. She's now like the "Savage mother of Kpop" known for Nunu Nana. She finally shined throughout the hates she got from the knetz for her personality(straight forward, honest and savage).
love Jessi she doesn't care what people say about her. if you can't say it to her face get out her way. love that fact that she can be honest about what she got done n isn't afraid to show it
oh my god! when she said "what do they look real?" and looked down, for me was so cute!! I really like Jessi and her straightforwardness and I think she has an american style so she gets criticized a lot because of it. Koreans get really sensitive and serious over small matters because of their culture but Jessi is just the type who doesn't care which I like that about her
Maybe Jessi could be the catalyst for change in Korean mindsets and entertainment culture. Really liking it. On another note, what's wrong with rapping about sweet stuff? Hearing about rappers dissing each other in their songs gets old real fast.
i heard that gna was known for her boobs back when she was in highschool but i wouldnt know lol. i would be suprised by hyosung bc she's always had a fuller body but then again she did lose some weight but her boobs didnt decrease??? and hyuna has had tits since wgs days but when she got too skinny a while back they got small too but now shes gaining weight and they are big again. i definitely think tiffany got them done which is fine (they look good!) :) i've heard that even tho plastic surgery is popular in korea breast implants contribute a very small percentage to that industry /welp ive talked too much
I always love how Jessi is; she's straightforward and open-minded. This video shouldn't have the word "CONFESSION" since she was just talking; Jessi was trying to tell women to not feel shame.
i really agree with jessi.....^^...i m here to support park bom...people should stop talking about her plastic surgery..like what jessi say..its 2016 and we should be open about this,,...not dissing others because they had done plastic surgery....^^peace
I just watched jessi's mv Nunu nana until it went on and on and I watched it all of her mv's. I felt like a fan already😂 and after watching this I like her even more especially her confidence. She is just being her...
I seriously love Jessi so much. She's as real as a kpop idol can be and i admire it so much especially in an industry as kpop where being open to talk about these stuff is considered almost as a ''disgrace'' and the fact that she does it with so much confidence is amazing
She's so honest but so damn awkward, it's the best for these kinds of shows. But still... don't think anyone gave a shit (in the best way possible) about getting surgery done. It's pretty much standard for Korean celebrities especially.
But it's like there are 2 different sides of Korean society. One is the open minded people, who is more accepting to the things that are unusual for them, and the other is the "upright" club which is mostly netizens and older generations. Like she said, those people kind of attacked her in the comment section and she has been quiet for a long time until now.
you are probably feeling she is awkward because her korean isn't that good and she stutters when saying. But other that that, there is nothing awkward with her, in fact, there is nothing awkward with the way she speaks.
Randommz k Her personality is a contrast to typical Korean behavior, which isn't so rash and outspoken, which is the awkward part. It's been mentioned on pretty much every show she's appeared on, how different and American she is.
One doesn't negate the other. If you write lyrics about rape in one song and then write lyrics that women love in another, you are - by definition - writing lyrics than women love, lol.
+Nee Chaim censoring a word just because some people might be sensitive to it makes no sense. Some people are sensitive to war, should we say w*r now? Does the absence of a letter somehow make it easier for them to read?
I appreciate that she is open about it and not trying to hide it like all the others. If you're ashamed of it, you shouldn't get plastic surgery. And if you get, just be honest about it. That will cause less trouble then when you hide it and they find out themselves later. If you get plastic surgery, you should stand up for it. If you're not brave enough, you shouldn't get plastic surgery
almost everyone. didn't you see average korean girls? they are not that white/pale . their cheeks are fat, a bit tanned, oily skin, most of all they don't that look that great but after becoming celebrity... they become goddesses. like seriously very few are ps less. its hard to tell thats why netizens go crazy when they talk about kim tae hee..
Her breast is so eyes catching but I still didn't know it wasn't real lol. I simply didn't put much thought into it and enjoy the view haha. She looks great with them.
I freaking love how she's so True and says how she truly feels and is confident with her self and wants others to be confident in themselves aswell😩😫😍😍
That's why I love Jessi! She is so real and honest...you have nothing to worry about when It comes to her, she always tells everything directly in someones face lol
Lol wtf jessi.. "Do they look real"xD lol at the reaction they all look flustered by her confession (especially the lady..I forgot her name...she must feel awkward)
I may not be a fan of plastic surgery for it is "plastic" and I stand for all things organic and natural. However, I LOVED her response towards her boob job hate. She paid for them she gets to feel confident with them. I personally hate it too when women hide their fake boobs and lie about the surgery. That's even worse. For a woman that comes from a family of curvy women - and not having curves at all compared to them - have always felt ashamed of myself ever since I lost 30+ lbs. I had a D cup and now I went down to a small C and it took me a really long time to embrace it. I simply love Jessi's boldness.
that's why i idolized jessi cause she is honest... even she has plastic surgery she said it to public and show to others. (i mean not show like no bra or something) so girls please love yourself... i love my self even i'm flat chested... or flat boobs.. i'm proud.. so be proud of who you are. don't diss jessi.. she's only being honest
"Confession" lol That's why I like her, she doesn't pretend to be a doll like most female k-idols do! she's open about it and doesn't care about what others think ♡
Oh brother, y'all talking about pretense when it's not about that. It's about having class, self-respect as well as respect for others, and self-restraint. Simple as that.
I do not think Rap needs to be about criticizing, it is just a beautiful urban way of expression. I know this could sound little off if I talk about chanyeol when there are so many brutal rappers out there but, the rap in Exo- Promise made me respect the guy. I think rap as beautiful as Mozart and as spirited as Rock. And chaining it with merely a SWAg is a insult
Capptaincrunchbaby You are right, I am not a big rap junkky. Enlighten me! I haven't seriously listened to rap after Eminem however, I do have a slight knowledge that it evolved as expression on different issues, not to criticize.
thats the thing tho as you said, it's a form of expression and it's sometimes used to settle rap "beefs" thank you for asking about it though I appreciate that! thank you for being respectful
Exo is a poor example. I like to mention Leessang instead. They are a group formed only by rappers. Their songs are famous and they don't criticise anyone.
B-Free has dissed quite a few people but I can't deny the fact that he actually has some really good songs and he is one of my favorite underground rappers. And dayum Jessi~ love how she doesn't give a damn about people and is completely honest. Love her sooo much ♡
Jessi the definition of swag, boldness and confidnce! I agree with her. If girls spend money on enhancing their beauty why should they hide it and pretend it's real?
This is why I love Jessie she's not like other Idols. She's confident, she's not scared of anyone and she speaks her mind. I feel like she's more real than some kpop girls

B-Free seems to think that he writes the rule book on rap and hip-hop. In reality, I'd much rather listen to San E and BTS, and won't even look in B-Free's direction. B-Free needs to get his life sorted out...
agreed
Honestly, why he did that? I love the songs of San E and BTS. Hip hop is also music, so it doesn't matter what type of lyrics that they wrote.
konnichiwa Yes, hip-hop is a music genre, and also a lifestyle, but it's not about wearing certain clothes, having a certain appearance, and acting like you care about no-one and you're better than everyone else.
Plus it gets people talking about them which is the main thing they want.
well.. im prefer suga than him~ 😆
3:39 for the people who wants to listen to Jessi's upfrontness and amazing confidence. Y'all can thank me later.
Thank you!
This was the best interview ever. they don't even look like they are in front of the camera. they talk so comfortable till jessi talked about her breast. 😅😭
but I enjoyed and laughed so hard.
Oh my goodness exactly. All the girls talking bad about her behind her back are just jealous. She has confidence, she's beautiful, and she has an amazing body. Not to mention her rapping skills are the bomb. Wish women could be more confident about their appearances rather than try to tear others down.
I am so glad this happened, she's right this is 2016 folks.... people will always gossip about what they don't have.
100% real 100% fake at the same time is hard
Lol man Jessi can get the business
I just adore her confidence, I don't know why some people dislike her when shes just the type to be really open.
#JessiForPresident
#JessiForPresi
she's like they look real??
*looks down lol 😂😂
She's cute hahaha love her
jessi is just the best I love her so much she's so honest and I love it
This woman finally got what she deserve. She's now like the "Savage mother of Kpop" known for Nunu Nana. She finally shined throughout the hates she got from the knetz for her personality(straight forward, honest and savage).
She is my role model now. I wanna be confident and happy like her
love Jessi she doesn't care what people say about her. if you can't say it to her face get out her way. love that fact that she can be honest about what she got done n isn't afraid to show it
The girl in bomber jacket is shook.
YASSSS GIRL!! Be proud of who you are!!! We stand behind you!! You are beautiful!! 😍❤️
oh my god! when she said "what do they look real?" and looked down, for me was so cute!! I really like Jessi and her straightforwardness and I think she has an american style so she gets criticized a lot because of it. Koreans get really sensitive and serious over small matters because of their culture but Jessi is just the type who doesn't care which I like that about her
"Breast Swag" - San E, 2016
What... Tf
dude- tf
That was disgusting. Don’t support that. Specially since you are a woman and that came from a mans mouth.
Maybe Jessi could be the catalyst for change in Korean mindsets and entertainment culture. Really liking it.
On another note, what's wrong with rapping about sweet stuff? Hearing about rappers dissing each other in their songs gets old real fast.
Jessi should be on JKNEWS 😂
pwahaha Ino right
Yep team up with geo 😂
yesss 😂
***** Hoolia is also a cutie pie :c
IKR
she said alot of idol got breast implants too! my first thought was hyuna and snsd tiffany hahahaha.
Tiffany? I think she is not, look how flat she is like 🚊.
i heard that gna was known for her boobs back when she was in highschool but i wouldnt know lol. i would be suprised by hyosung bc she's always had a fuller body but then again she did lose some weight but her boobs didnt decrease??? and hyuna has had tits since wgs days but when she got too skinny a while back they got small too but now shes gaining weight and they are big again. i definitely think tiffany got them done which is fine (they look good!) :) i've heard that even tho plastic surgery is popular in korea breast implants contribute a very small percentage to that industry /welp ive talked too much
no about tiffany. her boobs is still small. maybe gna. bcs her boobs is not like normal korean girl
GNA boobs are real as she has actually went in for breast reductions due to the pain she got hefting them around after she debuted.
SISTAR definitely got boob jobs
it's just obvious and how lucky would a company be to get 4 girls with big boobs and outstanding talents lol
this is why i freaking love jessi. she’s one of the most genuine artists i know & she isn’t afraid of showing her true self
I always love how Jessi is; she's straightforward and open-minded. This video shouldn't have the word "CONFESSION" since she was just talking; Jessi was trying to tell women to not feel shame.
I personally don't like when people do a lot of plastic surgery but the fact that Jessi admitted freely and all it made me like her
i really agree with jessi.....^^...i m here to support park bom...people should stop talking about her plastic surgery..like what jessi say..its 2016 and we should be open about this,,...not dissing others because they had done plastic surgery....^^peace
That girl next to her is having an internal crisis lol!
How is she awkward, I'd say she's the exact opposite.
you are probably feeling she is awkward because her korean isn't that good and she stutters when saying.
Justin Kwon having an american personality doesn't make her awkward, sure she's different, but you're using awkward incorrectly in my opinion.
Jessi really has the American Alpha Female personality that what makes her swaggie
i love jessi's face when the girl was like "san e writes lyrics that women love" lmao boy wrote lyrics about r*pe
R*pe? What song?
done - lil cham ft. san e
some ppl are sensitive to that word lol
One doesn't negate the other. If you write lyrics about rape in one song and then write lyrics that women love in another, you are - by definition - writing lyrics than women love, lol.
+Nee Chaim censoring a word just because some people might be sensitive to it makes no sense. Some people are sensitive to war, should we say w*r now? Does the absence of a letter somehow make it easier for them to read?
At least her inner beauty is real, no one can buys it.
Now I want Jessi to reveal which female idols did breast implant. LOL
You totally missed the point.
I COULD SAYYYY A LOTTTTT
pretty wahine omg
Who
Thats none of her business
@@acielvert8573 omg Y/n what you doing here? You should be with your bf, bully, or sumn like that-
when someone asks why you love jessi,
show them this video, she straight up
So besides Jessi, which Idol that underwent breast surgery?
Whether they admit it or not
almost everyone. didn't you see average korean girls? they are not that white/pale . their cheeks are fat, a bit tanned, oily skin, most of all they don't that look that great but after becoming celebrity... they become goddesses. like seriously very few are ps less. its hard to tell thats why netizens go crazy when they talk about kim tae hee..
imme Gurl, I'm only asking about breast surgery. Not plastic surgery in general
if their breasts are bigger than B cup, you will know. very thin girl but C-E cup? XD
i feel like hyorin from sistar and hyosung from secret underwent breast surgery
imme TBH it's possible even though it's rare in Asia.
And anyway, between B and C cup, there are no big differences.
To be honest Jessi is such a role model and so inspiring
I think jessi is one of Korean artist who doesn't afraid to netizens criticism, she's always on herself.
They're absolutely MASSIVE. I don't get why people were surprised they weren't real LOL
Her breast is so eyes catching but I still didn't know it wasn't real lol. I simply didn't put much thought into it and enjoy the view haha. She looks great with them.
They weren't surprised they were fake they were surprised she ws so open about it and brought it up liek that
I freaking love how she's so True and says how she truly feels and is confident with her self and wants others to be confident in themselves aswell😩😫😍😍
This is why I love her. She's real.
This is why I love Jessi. She doesn't fit the mold of typical korean celebs. She is who she is.
She's amazing. I hope she gets her music taken more seriously and maybe one day she can debut in the U.S. :3 I want jessi world tour
jessi is what I've been waiting for to pop up in Korean indisyry
Gotta respect Jessi for being real. YAS QUEEN❤❤
Jessie you go girl !!!!! Hit them haters with ur swag!
That's why I love Jessi! She is so real and honest...you have nothing to worry about when It comes to her, she always tells everything directly in someones face lol
Isn't "say it to my face" what they do here in America ? This just prove Jessi is 90% pure American I love her
their face expersion was priceless hahahaahahah GWAAAAD I LOVE JESSIIIIIIII SLAAAY MY QUEEEN
Lol wtf jessi.. "Do they look real"xD lol at the reaction they all look flustered by her confession (especially the lady..I forgot her name...she must feel awkward)
Have you figured out her name I've been searching every where 😂😂
I may not be a fan of plastic surgery for it is "plastic" and I stand for all things organic and natural.
Jessi is great, I love her self-confidence and how she pushes their comfort.
Every time I hear Jessi talk, I feel like that's a bop song right there.
what a queen man, STAN A QUEEN Y'ALL
Jessi Is A True Woman. Thumbs Up For Her Real Personality. She Is Not Korean Drama Queen. Love U Jessi
that's why i idolized jessi cause she is honest... even she has plastic surgery she said it to public and show to others.
LOVE how honest jessi is, she so confident in herself, other idols should learn from her. on a side note, her tan is giving her the most amazing glow!
i love jessi, she's so honest, confident and beautiful !!!!!!!!!
JESSI IS QUEEN. PERIOD.
Yes! You go girl! If you payed for it, why be ashamed? Love her *^*
One of the realest in korean music industry! 👏🏻👏🏻
Luv how she embraces her plastic surgery. I never really understood why people think it’s a bad thing to get work done...I’ll support idols regardless
I really need Jessi's confidence rn.
Thank god for Jessi. She's like a reality check for Korean society.
That's why I love Jessi.
She owns her shit
I love Jessi.. When I saw her performance together with Jackson.. I'm amazed.. She's so real 😘.. Love from the Philippines 🇵🇭
being honest and confident thats what I like in jessi😍😍😍😍 proud jebbies
Jessi, you go girl 👏👏👏😘
I do not think Rap needs to be about criticizing, it is just a beautiful urban way of expression. I know this could sound little off if I talk about chanyeol when there are so many brutal rappers out there but, the rap in Exo- Promise made me respect the guy. I think rap as beautiful as Mozart and as spirited as Rock. And chaining it with merely a SWAg is a insult
from this comment alone i can tell you don't know anything about rap or what it's about or where it comes from
Capptaincrunchbaby You are right, I am not a big rap junkky.
Miso thanks, i know exo is not a rap genre but in that song the rap part has touched its high. They did good in conveying that was meant to.
B-Free has dissed quite a few people but I can't deny the fact that he actually has some really good songs and he is one of my favorite underground rappers.
And dayum Jessi~ love how she doesn't give a damn about people and is completely honest. Love her sooo much ♡
And that's why we love jessi.
i love Jessi. she's so honest... i really admire her
Jessi the definition of swag, boldness and confidnce! I agree with her. If girls spend money on enhancing their beauty why should they hide it and pretend it's real?
