I know it's been a minute since I've been in the kitchen, so today I'm making these delicious, Pecan Pie Muffins that came across my Facebook Timeline. The site is called Easy Recipes, and these were definitely easy to make! Watch & Enjoy!💚

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 20 mins. (Baking time can vary depending on your oven.)
1/2 C All Purpose White Lily Flour
1 C Packed Light Brown Sugar
2/3 C Softened Butter
2 Eggs Beaten
1.5 C Chopped Toasted Pecans
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 Dropperfuls of LorAnn Pecan Oil
***Glaze/Drizzle
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Coffee Creamer

I didn’t have any powder sugar so I drizzled mine with some Carmel sauce I had in the cabinet which helped the pecan garnish to stick. Man these are great! Very easy!!! We like pecans also. 😁

Edit: had to come back and share that i made this and my family and i loved it!!!!!!!!! I took mine out at 18min cuz i think my oven is a little hotter than Ms. Donnas and it had the perfect outside crunch with the perfect gooey inside. You A1 Ms. Donna ...✊🏿💯

I made those hamburger smothered in mushroom and onions which was delicious. Also, I made the hummingbird cake. Hey Ms .Donna, glad to see you back in the kitchen coming up with something delicious. Got to try this recipe for sure. When you started coughing I thought about how I used to do the same and I noticed that when people cut grass I have allergies to it so I normally have to use my Navage nasal cleaner/Neti pot to flush out my nose. I sure hope this helps with your coughing spells as it to me years and allergy pills to figure out my issues.
