for my experience, it wasn't the milk at night, it was the lack of fluoride in their toothpaste. I used non-fluoride toothpaste. when we consulted our dentist from MetroDental Greenbelt, they advised us to use toothpaste with the right amount of fluoride for kids. so that we can protect the teeth not just from milk but from all food intake. kids need Fluoride Application/Varnish atleast twice a year.. for Astro, i strongly suggest you to get him fluoride application/varnish at 6 months or basta less than a year..

Its not the milk. Bec my son has a great set of teeth. The culprit are the sweets. My son never tried hard candies or candies at all, most especially. He would gulp 2 glasses of water for just a piece of chocolate. And brushing twice or thrice at night. And he's a milk drunk, will drink milk anytime of the day and he is 10yo now, he still drinks milk. Bottlefed til 4yo. So i dont think its the milk. Habits lang talaga.

Brush after meals using toothpaste with fluoride, no no to milk to put the kids to sleep, less sugar,regular dental visit EVEN without cavities.
It happened to me when I was in Grade 3. nasungki tuloy ang ipin. hindi umuuga yung front teeth ko pero sa likod meron na tumutubo.
