You can use wall jump to reset her when she's closing in, also do you know to make sure when she's casting bloder, keep running until the last second of her cast and then stop moving, the bolder has a 30yd range when standing still and 35yd range when moving

Are you using a slow on her or does she just walk slow enough to outrun?
She is just barely faster than you, but she stops for a few seconds to cast boulder, and you can build distance the, and with blink.

There's and addon that tells you how far a target is away from you. Takes all the guess work out of it
