Been a super achiever, very ambitious from young age to compensate for massive shame, self doubt, and insecurities. Dealt with chronic anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disorder and eventually burnout. A recovering perfectionist, with a loud inner critic, trying to find a balance between life and work, I dove deep into personal growth, mostly due to my own need to heal and found a path that truly speaks to who I am.
Starting from a very young age, I've had interest in human potential and fascination with Human Behaviour & Psychology, that coupled with a disconnected, disorganized, and uncertain childhood, really propelled me to understand human nature and nurture. Really made me look at, how our experiences from childhood impact us throughout our adulthood.
