In the 2nd case, I’m so glad that she stood her ground and backed away when he tried to hug her. He said that he “wanted to be sure they were related” but that’s a lie. He blew through his money and wanted the money that she received. The love of money is one heck of a drug isn’t it? He was ready to denounce his own sister for some money and then tried to play as a victim when she didn’t want to hug him. SMH🤦🏾♂️

Second case: Ms. Lutz looks exactly like her father and her brother. The noses are extremely prominent, which is common in us Italian and Sicilian peoples.
@missaretha 1969 I am totally in support of Miss Lutz and her mum and all my sympathy goes to them and was with them from the very start. The fact that the man was bringing her up as his daughter before he died swayed it for me. The brother and his aunt are monsters.
Having said that I noticed the resemblance in the noses the most: prominent and ever so slightly displaced to one side. Both of them have long heads.
However when it came to Ms Lutz's eyes I was severely confused. Ms Lutz in my opinion only seems to have Asian style eyes and eye sockets to some degree, and I couldn't see any resemblance there, either to her father or to her brother.
Thanks to the wonders of DNA testing I was proved totally wrong, and I am overjoyed for Ms Lutz and her Mum.
Maybe that's what the Aunty and the rest of them saw. If it were me though, I would let it rest because what the rest of the family have done is unspeakable.
It's probably due to the expression of a hitherto hidden gene array present in either Ms Lutz's father's or Ms Lutz's mothers genome.

I ended all relationship with my siblings after our father died. Just a rude nasty bunch. Toxic brother, a sister who claims to be Christian but she's a manipulative hypocrite. I could forgive any hurtful words to me but not insulting, attacking one of my adult sons (their nephew) who has only been polite and sincere towards them, the rare times they remembered that they were aunt and uncle. My bro tried stealing money from our dad's bank account shortly before he died. He bears the same first name, and imitated his signature. The bank sent a notice to our dad asking if it was He who wanted to withdraw everything, at 90 and receiving Medicare at home that was fishy.. Then my son replaced me to make the interactions over the internet with my siblings cuz my bro was being agressive, nasty, sending me insulting text messages. My son got used, and finally both siblings became very greedy (they flamed each other's head up), and threatened to alert the authorities of our country, hoping to put us into deep trouble, jail, whatever it would take** (we live in Europe, as did my Dad.. My sister in the US and bro in Africa where he had kids with many women abandoning them all, lying, robbing them, destroying lives, etc) ** saying that my son and I robbed them of money (inheritance) cuz what we split up evenly didn't seem enough to them after second thought.
Actually we could have but wanted to be morally good people, plus towards family. Had it been the other way around I'm definitely sure that my sister and brother would've robbed us of every cent. So there was no true danger of taking their threat seriously, except that it is unforgivable to have even imagined such a nasty scheme on their sister and nephew (I and my son). Even if there was no reality in their assumptions, this nastiness was the last drop. We want nothing more to do with any of these horrible beings. And I'm the only paternal representative in my bro's place to a beautiful nephew and niece in Africa. One single sister-in-law was smart enough to find out my phone number from this toxic guy before he got her pregnant by force and left her for his mistress 2 days later. He wrote his pregnant "wife" she can drop dead... Etc etc... And my "Christian sister was on his side. They can have each other, they are both evil. And I have the beautifullest Sis in law, niece and nephew one could dream of. Losers 😱🤮

The 2nd case was completely heartbreaking. I think the brother blew his money too quickly and he’s bringing this up for a potential payday. My mom and dad were together in the 80s. Had children in 87 and 88 and bc they weren't married my dads name couldn't be on our birth certificates without him being 'present' at the time of paperwork. "It was a different time" is the most relavate statement during the whole 2nd case ever!

They will establish for certain that they are related as concluded before they make an announcement. The science is highly sophisticated and it has never stopped evolving.
2nd case: I have to disagree with the judge on this one. She has the complete right to not want to hug her brother. The full truth came out however, he revealed his true intentions after all these years which was beyond the DNA! F*** him!

Sibling DNA means that they have one parent in common, in this case the father. They have different mothers, right? But, more importantly, I think about the father's wishes. The brother can't override his father's beneficiary, related or not.

The only thing that bothers me about the sibling ship test would be that you have to be 100% certain the other sibling is the child’s father. For example, what if Ricky Jr wasn’t his father’s biological son? The test would have shown Ms. Lutz wasn’t a sibling even though she would have been her father’s biological daughter.
I guess if they weren’t siblings then it wouldn’t be a match since they have different mothers.
@@wshelby83 exactly, it would make it seem as if the daughter wasn’t really the dad’s biological child. Because it’s resting on the assumption that Ricky Jr is the biological child. So the family would’ve assumed that she wasn’t really his daughter not the other way around. It’s kind of a risky test when the father isn’t there to be tested himself.

The first woman is absolutely ridiculous. You don’t build a relationship off friends with benefits and then one day hope y’all gonna be a couple then get mad at the guy he saw another woman. She knew she wanted a relationship she should’ve established that from the beginning or walk away.

@Sarah Boudreau no one can lead you on unless you allow them too. She allowed him that access to her knowing in her heart he didn't want her. That's why she was giving him the benefits because she knew that was the only way she could keep him and she thought she could change him with a child. That's not the only man she's going to let get away with that, if we want to be honest. The common denominator in her failed relationships is her. Accountability is the name of the game.

The second case...he wanted to find that his sister was not his biological sister so he could sue for that money. Shame on him. Greedy. Even if it wasn't his biological sister she's still his sister because the father raised her and was in the birth certificate. I doubt he'd get anything in court either. Because sadly, some people convince themselves that a baby will fix everything. They know that having someone's baby ties them together biologically for life, and they wrongly assume that means that feelings and commitment will follow. It's a hard lesson that some people need to learn - babies are not band aids for broken or bad relationships, and they will not make someone love you.

Omg, the first woman with the friend with benefits guy.....I almost cried. That was so sad. The judge got her just right, too. I pray that lady can finally move on and get rid of that guy. He did nothing but lead her on, eventhough he said he always told her he couldn't be in a relationship with her. His actions lead her on and he gave her hope for a family. He took advantage of her, big time and my heart aches for her.

Yes, he said he didn't want want more and was honest but continuing to sleep with her knowing she had deeper feelings than he did wasn't cool. She should have broken it off, too but I think that's just mean to do to someone.

A lot of research papers have been written about it, and the conclusion on meta-analysis is that it only favours males, and is detrimental to females as they get more attached to someone when they start sleeping together; and then try to convert the relationship into a permanent relationship.
It happens to males as well at least some males, they get more attached to a female they are sleeping with, but seem to be able to detach themselves from that person a lot easier.
Remembering the time restrictions on the biological clock, you can see how this infernal arrangement is in no way in the interests of women.
Society should never have allowed it to take route.
