After i threw a well used 4L60E in my 91 blazer i have driven it all over this year. Probably made about 10 trips to charleston, sc from aiken, sc this past spring. About 2.5 hrs each way. Loved driving it and taking it to the beach. It is amazing how many compliments I get on it haha
The best daily driver square body I ever had was a 1977 C2500 single cab I owned back in the 80's. It had a small 1" home made body lift with 35" tires. The square body I own now is a V3500 crew cab with 10" lift, and 38" tires. It is a bit of a beast to be driving around in every day.
Awesome man, you been square body busy! I'm up here in Canada makin my square body great again, i'll be doin a walk around on my ole 86 with 170,000 orig kms on my channel soon. Keep up the good work
Got an '85 K5 that I'm going to start building soon - just need to finish the house projects first. What I'd love to see at some point is how to organize your thoughts and project directions to get started on a project. Of course I'm probably over thinking this.
I've gotta 83 with an LQ4 coupled to a 4l65e sitting on 35s and 12k winch. I've been thinking about selling it. I live in Oklahoma! I could drive it out to you to sell it and bring that other back to oklahoma lol.
Hey James i have a ? I have a 81 k5 jimmy im looking into hydro assist steering.. i got from lock to lock 8"3/4 so 4"3/8 showing on the ram if it was a 8" ram or would you go 6" ram ?
Great content as usual❕️lm in Canada and would love the Blazer, do you have someone headed this way? 🤔 It's the landed in my driveway cost that could sell me on it, there is shipping, tax, exchange, Ahhhh... Any ideas 💡? ✌🏻🧡 🇨🇦. 😊
I have to laugh at the title, obs Tahoe with a vortec 7.4 and a 4l80e is far more superior. Not to mention the interiors, much nicer, quieter, and more comfortable than anything those ever came with.😂
I’ve got a completely stock 1986 c20 burb. Nice west coast 2 owner truck.
Great daily.
Smooth. Quiet. Fun.
