what graphics card do you have because when I played this game it was lagging on my pcsx2 emulator I have a AMD r5 310 but 8gb of ram and 3.5ghz processor

PS2 could run libraries of ISO's without any lag. PC's of nowadays can but high end ones. it shows how powerful the Ps2 processor is for a console so old.

How can I reduce input latency? V-syncs off on both the emulator and controller panel but it still feels unresponsive.
